Rosemon Bandits

Who: Anyone
What: Trailmon Heist
Where: A running Trailmon
When: Afternoon of the 26th

The day for Jijimon and Trailmon had started simply enough. Until a band lead by a devious Rosemon overtook the poor digimon, threatening them and all those that were ridding the trails should they not hand over their bits, food and valuables.

Would the Chosen that were ridding the train do anyting? And at the back of a the train, a simple door had appeared, was the cavalry coming?

"H-hey!" Sedna's rolling ball of spikes came to a halt and she tugged and chomped at the vines futilely. "You just wait until I get out of these vines! I'll show you who's a child!" Sedna continued to struggle just as the roof exploded. "What?" Sedna dropped out of the ivy as Rosemon's attention shifted and the Renamon's attack cut through the vines.

The surprise attack from Ruffnut didn't seem to last long as a Lilymon dealt with the BomberNanimon. "So much for that," Sedna grumbled. She scanned the car for Kaldur and Kotemon but it appeared they had used the chaos to slip away. Sedna bristled, "YOU GUYS LEFT ME! WHAT THE HELL!"

Of course, they hadn't left her. They were falling back to come up with a plan. Kotemon gripped his sword, looking up at his partner, "This has gone too far Kaldur'ahm. We must turn this around." Kaldur hid behind a seat at the very back of the train car, wincing as Sedna started shouting out curses. "Agreed," he replied, "Let us hope your Champion form is more compact than Sedna's."

Kotemon blinked, "What?"

Kaldur pulled out the digivice and held it up. "It is time. We need you and Sedna cannot turn into Seadramon in such close quarters. I know you can do this, Scipio."

The light from the digivice started to glow and Kotemon's form shifted. The small dinosaur-like creature in kendo-gear was gone. In his place was a blue skinned warrior wearing a white mask and two wooden blades in his hands. The newly digivolved warrior rose to his feet at the back of the train car, cracking his neck as he stood. He was taller than your typical human and stood in the relaxed pose of someone who knows there way in a fight.

Without so much as another word, Yasyamon lunged at the nearest henchmen and started taking them down. "Double Strike!" It is clear from his trajectory that he is attempting to make his way to the bound Ruffnut and BomberNanimon.

Unfortunately, there was a second Lilymon between the group of them and Ruffnut and her partner. She grinned, and brought up her arm, extending thorn-like claws from her fingernails that, surprisingly enough, blocked the blades.

Then, grinning, Lilymon brought up her knee and attempted to to drive it into the samurai's stomach.

This evolution was made for close combat, but Yasyamon also had some tricks up his sleeves, despite the fact he wasn't wearing any. The digimon shifts his stance and jumps back before the knee can make contact.

"Good. A worthy opponent," he replies, tilting his head at her in a rather disturbing manner. "Let's dance." He lunges forward again, this time moving even faster and his attacks more wild, stabbing and slashing at her with wild abandon.

This time, Lilymon was too slow to dodge. She let a cry of pain as the swords cut into her, forcing her back...

... upon which she immediately clasped her hands together into forming her Flower Cannon, which she attempted to fire at Yasyamon point blank.

Yasyamon's eyes widen behind the mask but he doesn't need to worry.

"Mini Blade!"

Sedna throws a spike from her back at the Lilymon in hopes that she can knock her aim off. True, the Flower Cannon may blow a hole in the roof, but Sedna isn't about to just sit out a fight because her Champion form would likely be TOO big for the train.

If the distraction works, Scipio is ready to follow up. He slams into her again, this time aiming for the back of her head in the hopes of knocking her out with his Double strike technique.
