And as all this is going on the chain chomp rolls by, and Beastboy and Rita pop out of the ground like they were made of rubber.

"How...did we survive that?" Rita moaned from Beastboy's lap as he pulled his goggles up and rubbed his spinning eyes.

"I'm wearing a helmet?" He suggested tapping the headgear that was now so firmly clamped to his head he was afraid he'd never get it off again.

Rita recovered faster and her sharp eyes caught sight of the battle on the other side of the wheel. "Oh no! Daichi and Frimon are in trouble!"

Beastboy yanked his goggles back into place and revved his engine again.

"Alright super star. Ready to have our big comeback scene?"

With a twinkle in her eye Rita growled and nodded. As the two sped off and hit a boost they began racing to the rescue with their shared battle cry.

"IT'S SHOWTIME!"
