Who: Scott, Mushroom-Wallace, and YOU perhaps.
What: Somebody told Scott that you level up Digimon with the power of love, but Scott broke it canonically, so he's just gonna grind until Mushroomon does the thing. Also eventually he gets another partner.
Where: Shadow Isle. This is the worst idea.
When: Any time from the 9th to the 17th! Scott's gonna get that level-up if it takes him forever.
