All the new people talking, though spreading a nice layer of anxiety over his nerves, reminds Cam that he has to talk now himself, make a good first impression, and be a normal kid, so he tries to jump-start his brain.

Looks like Lucette has to do everything. She floats up and places a hand on Cam's -- increasingly shaggy, has to do something about that -- hair. "Excuse Campbell, he's jumpy. Welcome, the room closest to the door is taken, but the others are free! Oh, I guess not so much anymore, since..." She looks at the Warrior of Light.
