[Donatello was a second away form pulling the trigger, but the yell stopped him. Then when Leader appeared, the headbutt had him pull the staff back and he himself stepped back. He wasn't expecting her to Digivolve,and it only made him angrier.]

Get out of my way Leader! Or you can die right along with him! [He lifted the staff.]
