"Like I said, anything but Chinese or Mexican," Shannon reiterated. He gave Lacey one last pat before he moved made his way along the wall to where he had left Lacey's harness by the door. It would do them both a whole lot of good to get her acclimated to the city more. He'd have to stop somewhere to grab her own food before they came back for the night.

It wasn't really a question, but Roze had given off enough of the vibe that she respected his partner's job to not understand the importance of it anyway.
