Hiccup, Fearless, and Kotemon seem to be only...slightly late to the party. You know, gotta be fashionably late and all that or...something or other to that affect. Either way, it seems that Hiccup got a bit of a late start on his Christmas (or should he be saying Snoggletog?) presents and has actually brought his work along with him. There's a burlap sack over his shoulder with Fearless riding atop it, Kotemon following close behind the viking. Though she doesn't seem to respond as quickly to Kotemon anymore. Every now and then if you're listening, you might hear Hiccup bend down and whisper her new name that he'd given her.
Courageous. Something must have happened during that trip with BlackWargreymon that cemented that name for the little Kotemon.
Hiccup can be found sitting in the grass near a tree, the very same one he sat beneath began work on his Digimon Journal in fact. Next to the bag are several chunks of wood, one of them held in his hands as he works over it with a whittling knife. Fearless seems to be....trying to help with his own block, hacking away at it with his claws. (That's a very festive lump of coal you're making there, Fearless.)
Since Hiccup has found himself in the city for such a long time, he's been working on making a little something for just about everyone. It's small and not too special, but if you're passing by you might notice Hiccup chipping away at a little wooden carving....of your partner? But no, that couldn't be. There are a LOT of Lopmon in the city, aren't there? But no, this one has a cowlick like yours does, or perhaps one ear that's longer than the other. Apparently Hiccup has paid close attention to those he's met over the months, and knows most partners like the back of his own hand.
In the grass next to Hiccup's metal leg lies a plushie, a bit of a rare oddity from a time long since passed. It appears to be a Gomamon toy with a small wreath around it's neck. It has absolutely no purpose being there other than to be festive, and perhaps fool you into thinking it's Fearless. It's a wonder who it could be from...
