Hiccup chuckled softly, pulling the bag a bit higher over his shoulder as he replied, "Well...at least you'r here now, right? That's got to count for something."

Then he took the bag and held it in front of him, rummaging inside until he grabbed what he was looking for. He flips it around in his hand before holding it out for Masaru and Agumon to see. It's a little wooden carving of an Agumon, but it's not just any Agumon- it's his Agumon. If it weren't so small and made of wood, he could be looking in a mirror.
