"Yeah-heh...sometimes we do. H'Not the creatures we're trying to learn about though, of course, but other humans that are trying to harm them or their environment."
He frowns a little.
"Like this one guy, we've known since we were kids, Zach Varmitech. He keeps trying to capture animals to use in his robots, and he's super destructive to the environment. And this fashion designer, Donita Donata? Takes living creatures from their natural habitats to use in her fashion lines. She even places them in suspended animation so they can't move or escape. And then there's Gaston Gourmand, he...uh..."
His expression screwed up into something vaguely uneasy.
"...Well he just kinda...likes to cook them..."
He's not a vegetarian or anything, but Gourmand takes things to a really uncomfortable level when it comes to eating other creatures. And there's never an excuse for hunting endangered species.
A moment later his entire expression brightens.
"Luckily, we've got our creature power suits to help us deal with them! Our friend Aviva invented them. H'they're awesome!! We mostly use them for research because, with them, we can change into the creatures we're studying and use their amazing abilities and adaptations. It really helps get a better understanding of the creatures we're studying, h'but it definitely comes in handy for sending those three packing."
There's a confident grin on his face at that. He and Chris have never failed yet against those three.
