Nothing like a little therapeutic shopping to shake off the dust of nearly dieing.
Her shoulder was still sore from a chunk of rubble landing on it, but between Charm and Noir Jinx had escaped the city with only a few scratches and the aforementioned sore shoulder.
But she was feeling particularly isolated and alone on this journey. She had made some friends in this world to be sure, but many had either vanished, or melted into their own groups. Of which she always seemed to be on the outside looking in.
Not adult enough for Roze and Dante's world...or so she felt. Not heroic enough to make nice with Terra and Beastboy. Any interaction with the former robots risked interacting with Arcee and Jinx was still sure that the warrior woman would punch her in the face for siding with her arch enemy.
And so that left her with a handful of others here and there. And so she lingered in the marketplace letting her fingers trail over a pad of paper and some colored pencils. All her art from Terminal Tokyo was gone. A poof of ash.
So now really the only question was should she steal these new art supplies...or pay for them like a good girl?
While she pondered, Charmy smiled in her unsettling creepy way at passers by and Noir tried to look like he wasn't amused by their reactions.
