Nervousness was one way to describe it. Marley was, truth be told, downright terrified. What if her friends were hurt? What if the Beemon came to the Convention Center? So many worries plagued her mind that she felt as though she was in a dream, not to mention the queasy feeling she suffered with.

But she was here to help keep the peace here, so she smiled as genuinely as she could before turning her gaze to focus on a pile of blankets on the cot beside her.

"I guess, if you really want to help, these blankets need to be put on the unmade cots. I don't know. I've never had to do anything like this before. I just...need to keep busy." To keep from thinking about the ensuing battle just outside their doors...
