Aquilamon, while not enthused by successfully forcing the Solarmon to revert back to Digi-eggs, was still enjoying the rush of energy that came with an evolution. He circled the area once, screeching and then banked sharply to fly back to Forte.
"I got 'em!"
Meanwhile, Forte was experimenting. His true form was, even stripped of his powers, naturally much stronger than the human body he'd been saddled with. The question was: did it retain enough strength for him to apply sufficient pressure to a Solarmon's round, metallic face with his boot to make it start cracking?
But it was the abrupt sound of applause which reached his ears that made Forte pause and turn around to pinpoint the source. The sight of the human and her two new Digimon standing there, presumably another one of the Chosen, earned a mildly disdainful look. Humans... The robot with the spider design and her quarreling Digimon however, was treated to a more neutral glance of wariness.
"..." Well, he certainly wasn't impressed by the human's incorrect grammar.
Aquilamon's large shadow skimmed over the grass and shrank as the giant bird alighted down on the ground. Worried about his partner, he clucked his beak. "You alright, boss? Nothing major damaged or anything?" He had not yet noticed what Forte was staring at.
How Aquilamon failed to notice the large robot over to the side is a mystery for the ages.
