( open ) it was an extremely average day
Who: Takane and Tentomon
What: Wandering Around
Where: HospiTown
When: Right now.
[ This entire thing was so stupid. It was hard to believe. It had to be a dream, despite the message she'd gotten stating that this wasn't. This was a television show, right? It was just a kid's show. This couldn't possibly be happening to her. After all, she wasn't anything even remotely heroic ... and even if she were heroic in nature, she wouldn't have the physical stamina for any sort of thing that this world would want from her.
With the idea that this was totally a dream in her head, Takane had gone to sleep on her first night here and expected to wake up in her own bed the following morning. After all, she had dreamed that she'd died, too, hadn't she? It had felt real, but she was clearly still alive if she was able to dream like this.
Waking up in her own bed didn't happen.
Waking up in her own world didn't happen.
Still, Takane had a hard time believing that this was anything but a very, very extended dream. She just had to ride this out, no matter how the Tentomon who claimed to be her "partner" insisted otherwise.
He insisted a lot of things, actually. For the past day he had been insisting that she go take a walk, when all she wanted to do was just keep to herself. He'd finally gotten to be so annoying to her that she got up and out of the hospital just to shut him up.
So, now, she was wandering around HospiTown, hands in her pockets, a glare set on her face, and a Tentomon near her who continued to try and get on her last nerve.
By which we mean, he kept trying to talk to her. ]
Hey, Hey, Takane! Why don't we go sit down at the cafe and get something to eat?
[ Silence from Takane. ]
You're not hungry? But you must be, you haven't eaten yet today.
[ Silence from Takane.
Tentomon didn't seem to want to admit defeat, though, and continued to try to get his new "friend" to talk. ]
