Who: Jinx and YOU

When: A week after her arrival

So...this was her life now.

She had spent the week after her arrival alternating between denial, frustration, exasperation and occasionally bitter amusement. But eventually she found acceptance. Begrudging acceptance but acceptance.

The largest part of her anger came the night she found out her supernatural connection to the forces of luck had been severed. That had depressed her so badly that she'd run off from the apartment and when Noir (The nickname she'd given her partner) found her again she had somehow gotten her hands on a pint of icecream and was eating it by herself while riding the Farris Wheel.

But that was in the past, and Jinx mused that the best way to overcome her new weaknesses was with a greater weapon. Knowledge.

The Lopmon was the first one to step outside, looking around for free tables before glancing back inside. "C'mon, Fluttershy, hurry up!"

"A-ah...I'm coming...!" Soon Fluttershy followed him, glancing about. "Where do you want to sit, Choco?"

Jinx glanced up from her menu hearing a familiar voice and smirked looking Fluttershy up and down from a distance. She looked better then the small screen had portrayed her. And that hair was gorgeous.

"Well hello there." She greeted the girl with a smirk and a nod, curious to see if Fluttershy would recognize her.

Glancing over, her smile brightened a bit.

"Oh, hi, Jinx...!" She walked over to the table where the other girl was sitting at. "How are you?"

Jinx smiled back, a smooth smile "Oh just exploring. Getting along alright despite not really wanting to be here. How are you?"

"Sup doll?" Noir piped up from his side of the table grinning encouraging. Anyone that Jinx was willing to talk to was alright in his book. He was just hoping she would make some connections so she would feel more encouraged to fight for this world at their side.

She gives Noir a friendly smile, then turns back to Jinx.

"I'm doing all right. I just got off work, so Choco and I were getting something to eat...Have you been finding everything all right?"

"Oh I'm getting around. Why don't you sit with us. I could use some company since I've been stuck with this scruffy wannabe tough guy." She nodded to Noir as if Fluttershy couldn't guess who she was talking about.

"Just you wait till we're in a scrape doll, all show you I'm no wannabe."

"O-oh...well, all right. If you're sure I won't be a bother..."

Choco's already taken a seat between Noir and the chair Fluttershy is slowly easing into.

"No bother at all sweetie." Jinx decided to play closer to the vest with Fluttershy. Be nice. Act friendly. See if this pink haired girly girl would be of any use to her.

"Sup." Noir greeted Choco and waved for the waiter to come over and take their orders. He ordered a garlic burger with extra cheese and bacon. Jinx settled on a Ebi Burger with fries.

"I didn't know they could make burgers out of shrimp." she added, "But I'll try anything once."

"W-well...all right...Thank you..."

"Hey," Choco returned. When the waiter came, Choco ordered a burger as well, while Fluttershy settled for a salad.
