koushirou: (hmmm)

OPEN!

Who: Koushirou Izumi [AU] and you!
What: To Oz we Go
When: backdated to May 22nd, night
Where: Palette Town / the Ferris wheel

[ If Koushirou's luck before was bad, it's just gotten worse. Because all of a sudden, while (attempting, with little success) to start his computer one night, he and Tentomon were transported straight into the highest passenger car of the Palette Town Ferris wheel -- while Koushirou was still in his yellow pajamas (also with no shoes on, at that.) ]

[ and even worse, he's without his computer, too. ]

Option A:

[ he'll take a look outside, worried. ]

Tentomon, you can carry me down, right--?

I think so... but it's kind of high up, Koushirou-han...!

[ regardless, they try anyway. So now there's a Tentomon carrying a redheaded kid in his pajamas out of the Ferris wheel. ]

Option B:

[ Did they just transport into the Ferris wheel while someone else was riding it?! ]

[ if they did, Koushirou will hold up his arms defensively, bowing his head in apology. ]

Excuse us! We didn't mean to, it just happened...!

A!

[Joshua's without his digimon partner. The (seemingly) 15 year-old boy is walking just shy of the ferris wheel, looking for Viximon and not exactly having too much luck. Something shadows one of the lights of the ferris wheel, and he glances upward sharply - expecting an attack.

Only no attack comes. His hand moves to his chin as he surveys the last few feet of Tentomon's descent. And the redhaired boy in his pyjamas. Something like that didn't exactly happen every day, so he clears the space between them, hands still in back pockets.
]

My, my. Random teleportation as well?

[He raises his hand politely to Tentomon as well.]

You're pretty strong for such a small digimon.

[And he lifts his head to look at the other boy.]

Possibly. The network's been pretty quiet about it all, actually. Likewise, you're the first people I've seen that've been affected. It seems pretty localized... though that's not exactly to say that others haven't been teleported out of the city.

[And the partner thing. His hand moves back into his pocket, and he simply nods, observing the smile yet not offering his own. All the help he needs is answer to a question. For his willingness, it's not like this other boy is even wearing shoes, so Joshua decides it's probably best the other just gets back to where he came from.]

Mhm. And this data stream or explosion took our apartment's sofa with her. She's small and quite decent at hiding, so I'm looking for that more than anything. You haven't seen- or heard- a viximon up there, have you? It'll save me the effort of going up there somehow if you can answer.

[He can't help but think to himself that insects are pretty wonderful in themselves. While digimon appear to be extremely strong anyway - part of him has the feeling they seem to have the traits, and strengths, of species which have gained theirs through adaptation to earth. Which is interesting, especially given the fact it shouldn't quite be that way. Not if they're clumps of data in the sense humans see it, anyway. He finally smiles toward Tentomon, and turns to Koushirou oncemore.]

Probably. Either way, I'd say you're lucky to have your exit route way up there. There's talk of something else - a dark zone - and it's got everyone pretty rattled.

[And Viximon. He glances up a the ferris wheel himself. Normally, he wouldn't be out looking. The only reason he is, is that she's so young.]

Mhm. It's not like she's totally defenceless, but I wouldn't want to be in her position right now. Not with the possibility of something attacking her, anyway.

[And back to Tentomon!]

Will you? Wonderful.

Thanks, Tentomon.

[He watches as Tentomon flies upward, a hand to his chin. And when the little digimon gets out of his sight on the upper cars (it is quite a long way up there, after all.) He turns again to the redhead - the look of alarm not escaping him.]

Mhm. My roommate was pretty upset over the entire thing. I asked him quite a few times to come out with the co-ordinates, but he wasn't willing to make nice and share. It's quite the disappointment, actually. I take it you have experience over this sort of thing?
whitefeather: ♫ please do not take. (now all the good kids are messing up ;)

[Hmmm.]

It seems to be something people get quite apprehensive about talking over. As you can probably guess, it's pretty difficult to get anything other than the same old, tired doom and gloom summary. Again, disappointing.

[And that's...]

...You laptop works here? Lucky you.
whitefeather: ♫ please do not take. (All my emptiness is confined ;)

[He knows that pain. Personally, he's been mourning his phone since arrival, but that's unfortunately neither here nor there.]

...You're thinking what exactly?

[And his voice turns slightly cold. He shrugs, smally.]

Reasons or not, if anything is in there which might be important, any more attempts of going in are sure to fail if people won't share information because they don't want to remember what happened to them. Like it or not, the zones are multiplying rather than being some cute one-time-only traumatic experience some kind of digital overlord perhaps is throwing at us. If we leave the dark zones well alone for long enough, they'll probably multiply over and over until we can't do anything about any of them. I'm not exactly prepared to let something like that become a threat because a few people have a hard time talking about monsters under the bed.

[Oh, the conversation turned serious. He smiles.]

I'm sure you feel the same? Anyone would.

[Getting transported twice in one day was a hassle, espically when you had no control over it any more.

At least this time he and Labramon didn't end up in front of a ragin' dinosaur Digimon. So he and the cowardly dog were quite happy with this turn of events. In fact, the pair were looking out of the site of the Ferris wheel, the barisita always had a fondness for heights.]

So Labra, would you like a nickname like the others?

[It was then that Koushirou popped in the Ferris Wheel, causing the dog digimon to try and hide under the seat and Mr. H to chuckle at her antics.]

No problemo, man! It's been happen to us all day.

...eep.

Heh, don't mind her. She's just like that with new people.

[The man stretches a bit, as Labramon keeps hiding. Scary new people are scary.]

Hrm? To answer your other question, that's pretty much what I gathered from the network.

[ Rise blinks once, twice, thrice ...

One moment, she was at the karaoke place serving customers in her roller skates, the next second she was inside Ferris wheel. ]

Wh-wha-- ah!

[ Losing her footing when the Ferris wheel swayed, Rise fell into her seat. A second later, someone joined her. ]

I know! It just happened to me too!
