What: Hiccup's working on filling out entries for what he's calling "The Digimon Manual"

[Hiccup and Gomamon are spending the day in the park, with today being pleasantly warm and a bit breezy- something quite unusual, compared to Berk's standards. With his legs crossed in front of him Hiccup can be seen sitting with his back to a tree in the grass, idly drawing in a sketchbook that seems to have been seeing a lot of use lately. Gomamon keeps climbing into Hiccup's lap at the most inopportune times, until finally he ended up giving in and using his partner's back as a table. Whatever works, right?]

The Digimon Manual

OOC: As a little token of my appreciation to all of you being generally amazing- as well as an excuse to build CR- I Hiccup is going to be making entries into his notebook of drawings of the various partners of the Chosen here in Terminal Tokyo! All you have to do is walk up to Hiccup and strike up a conversation to get started!

There are some things Hiccup will ask for:

-What species is your partner?
-Do they have any nicknames?
-Do you have a crest yet? (He won't outright ask this one, but include in an OOC message to me if you do have a crest and want it included. To my knowledge nobody HAS been crested yet, however, so for now I'm not going to worry about this.)

And of course a general description of the Digimon itself would suffice, including any unique quirks and accessories the Digimon may have! (Links are helpful, but I can Google the Digimon just as easily) Also, a short description of the Digimon can be added as well. Hiccup cannot write in English, but for the sake of easy identification I'm including the English terms in the entries.

Hiccup will do his best to get as many entries done as he can, but of course everyone starts getting sloppy if they draw for too long. (I apologize if I'm slow, I'll be doing these at my leisure! I will try to get them all done though, if I get any)

On the other hand, Hiccup doesn't mind chatting while working, so feel free to get to know him and Gomamon in the meantime! That's half of what this log is for in the first place!

[Choco, meanwhile, is beaming. He poses as best as he can, in a way that he'll be able to stay still for a while.] Okay!

[Hiccup falls silent as he sketches, looking up periodically before returning to his work.

Several minutes pass before he holds the sketchbook at arms length, turning it around so Fluttershy and Choco can see his drawing.]

There. What do you think?

[If the grin on his face is anything to judge by...] Oh hey! That's looks great!

That does look really good, Hiccup...!

I'm glad you like it. You're really fun to draw. Especially with those ears of yours.

[He snickers, petting the top of Choco's head fondly.]

[Choco grins, leaning into Hiccup's hand.] Thanks! You draw pretty good too!

[Hiccup's just all smiles as he looks back up at Fluttershy with a chuckle.]

I'll have to take a shot at drawing you, next time.

[Fluttershy blushes, tucking back strands of hair as she glances away.]

O-oh, w-well...I-I mean, i-if you'd...like to...

You should! Neku drew Fluttershy once, and it turned out really good too! She makes a really good model!

I-I...don't know about that...

Aww, I think Choco's right. I mean...what with your uh...hair, and...eyes...

[Hahahaaa here comes the awkward. Better stop talking while he's ahead.]

Yeah. I'll...I'll have to do that sometime. ..drawing you, I mean.

Don't forget her wings!

[Fluttershy's blush deepens a little, and her wings flutter nervously.] A...A-All right...Th-that would...be okay, I...I-I guess...

[Hiccup chuckles, watching her wings curiously. He wonders what it must feel like, to have wings like Fluttershy does. Then again, she was born with them, so it must feel pretty natural to her.]
