Adventures in Breakfast

Who: Jane Shepard, Garrus Vakarian, Campbell Saunders

What: Shepard and Cam's usual breakfast... with the twist provided by the appearance of Shepard's boyfriend from home.

When: Backdated to June 6th

Where: The communal kitchen, early morning

[Shepard's morning alarm goes off, as usual, and Monodramon comes barreling into her room, as usual. That is a scene, as this is the first time he's come into the room to find Shepard naked and cuddled up with her equally naked, equally groggy boyfriend.]

[After some shouting, some clothes-finding, some more shouting, an argument about digimon sharing couch space, an attempt to figure out what to do with Garrus' hair and a shared cup of coffee, Shepard and gang have made their way down to the communal kitchen. They aren't exactly late, in fact they're a few minutes early, but they do make quite a picture, especially with Monodramon pouting as loudly as he can without talking.]

Well. That was a hell of a morning.

Eggs and sausage okay?

[MAYBE IF SHE IGNORES THE AWKWARD HARD ENOUGH IT WILL DIE OF NEGLECT.]

Eggs and sausage. Yeah. [Ahem] Good.

[Small shuffle.]

[Shepard peers into the fridge.]

Doesn't look like it.

[She hasn't gone on her massive shopping trip of bacon yet.]

[Meanwhile, Garrus is just off to the side. He's ah, he's going to let Shepard handle this one, because he honestly doesn't know how.]

[A VERY NERVOUS LAUGH from dear Cam.]

That's fine. More to life. Or breakfast. [Stop.] I'll uh, help you-- ...pour drinks.

[The kid should never be allowed near food again, at least when preparing it.]
