[Even with against with two Rookies, the Octomon is not completely immune against the attacks. Palmon's Root Breaker did take some energy out of him, enough to ease it's grip and Dracmon finally struggles enough to slip through the tentacle and back off from the octopus monster.
While the monster decides to back off in order to get rid of the ivy around it, Dracmon turns to the girls, pouting a bit even if his mouth never changes from that mischievous grin.]
