Walking through the desert on a horse with no name.
Who: Anyone and everyone heading to Milleniummon's Castle!
What: The Trailmon lines are out and the Chosen have to get to that overrun castle. Looks like it's time for camping.
When: July 10th on
Where: Server, en route to the Castle.
[The Trailmon who lets the Chosen off wishes them best of luck. His tone of voice sounds like they're going to need it. He gives them a few pointers:
Look for forested areas in the large expanse of desert if you need to sleep in it.
Stop by the Armadillomon Village for supplies.
Don't get side-tracked.
Keep moving.
Oh, and of course, follow that digivice signal of yours.
Good luck.]
[[OOC: For simplicity's sake, this log can be used for anyone who's traveling to Milleniummon's Castle. It doesn't matter what day you set out, just know if you're traveling consistently, it will take you three days to get to the camp. Use the map if needed. If you need or would like NPCs, we will try to provide them, just request here. Feel free, if you'd like, to have your characters get turned around or lost, especially with some of the sights, but remember. People are waiting for you.

Any day, forested area
He's slinking around a little ways from the main party, looking out for any in coming danger and generally being antisocial, occasionally pulling his crest out and looking at it, wondering how to get it to glow]
See anything, Terri?
[His partner's yellow eyes are the only thing anyone can see up in the trees]
Nothing suspicious. You sure you don't wanna head back yet?
We're in sightline, it's fine.
Any day / Desert
Although it's not like she has to do much right now anyway, they're just walking.
And walking.
And lots of walking.
Sprocket, in Bullmon form, has been providing transportation. Not only that, but he's taken on the task of carrying bags filled with supplies for the team. Normally his bags have been used for carrying training supplies, they are now filled with essential goods like food and bottles of water. No one's dying on her watch, she'll be damned if she can't even make it through the walking stage.]
no subject
Since it was a desert, and deserts tend to be hot, he removes his jacket, draping it around his shoulders instead of wearing the sleeves, if only because clothes are hard enough to wear as it is.
He won't start conversation unless someone else does, so...enjoy your silence. If you wish.]
no subject
She's just as quiet as he is for now, but Sprocket is a different story.]
Wow, You, you can really work those bags~ Did you know pink really stands out in the desert? Because it does.
no subject
It seems like their Digimon are hitting off some conversation well enough, unlike their Chosen. Despite the heat (and how awful it is being a sheep in the desert), You seems to be in high spirits. Albeit sounding a bit weary from having five fur coats on at once.]
You really think so? I mean, I don't like to be a slouch or anything. Pull my own weight~

He's spent way too much time in the sewers, obviously. Given the heat, Leatherhead removed his new shirt, throwing it over his shoulder. Yeah, he still had busted up ribs, but the bandages and splint helped pretty good with him carrying on. That and Devidramon helped with supporting him. Strange how Devidramon seemed more helpful than Impmon.
Leatherhead's a quiet type, unfortunately, but he's not one to turn down any conversation.]
no subject
Think he could give you a lift?
[She motions her head towards Devidramon.]
no subject
Devidramon shrugs. He doesn't like Arcee giving him orders, especially one who owns Bullmon.]
I do not require help.
And if he wants it, it's because HE asks.

Especially after the previous situation with the Myotismon.
Not that he worries, but he might as well check up on the injuries.]
You still chuggin', buddy?
[Slight conversation.]
no subject
The incident with Myotismon was one he liked to push out of his head. Not for his sake, but for the safety of everyone else. It didn't do him well to reflect on the past.
He nodded as he moved along the desert floor.]
I have had worse. But you and Perry's help I appreciate.

So he's certainly not going to be against LH wanting to be here, even after seeing the bandages and splint. He'd probably do the same thing.]
Hangin' in there?

[Juri is walking now, to give Sprocket a bit of a break, with Leormon by her side. He's insisted on walking as well; Juri shouldn't have to carry him, not when he's used to carrying her instead.
To protect from the heat, Juri's got a sun-hat on, though walking is honestly kind of refreshing.
As she's been traveling with Arcee and her friends, she hasn't had much time to talk yet, but this boy's the only one not an adult, and he looks hurt, so she sort of gravitates towards him. Especially with those bandages...]
That looks painful.
no subject
The teen looks down at Juri...this is actually the first time he's really seen a kid. He's seen adults and teens, yes but...did humans come this small?
Oh right, she asked something.]
I do not mind. The bandages help.

Boulder's walking beside him, wings folded to his back and relaxed for the moment. He's carrying some rations too.
Bulkhead's mostly quiet as he walks, but he'd definitely be up for conversation.]
hope this is okay! I know there was talk of this doof tagging along on plurk alongside Juri
But also sad. After all, this is also his first adventure without Takato.
Oh well. Right now, he needs to stay focused. He might be surrounded by strangers for the most part, but a little walking never hurt him before.
...It's just a lot of walking without much rest.]
Maaa... I wonder if we'll get there soon.
[His legs are getting kinda sore, but he must press on! It'd just be easier if he was Growlmon. At least then he'd be nice and big.]
no subject
If we can keep up this pace, from the map provided, it shouldn't take more than another day. Are you getting tired, my friend?
no subject
[Guilmon straightens his stance a little, cracking a smile.]
Guilmon's done lots more walking before! At least this time we don't have to worry about Culumon and the Devas.

[Devidramon's such a ray of sunshine. Obviously being outside with this black hide and wings is doing wonders for him.
Leatherhead is doing a lot better than his companion. Leatherhead feels more of a connection with Gulimon, for a number of reasons, one of the key ones being he was the few nonhumans out here.]
We shall get there soon enough.
[He delivers Devidramon a 'cut it out' look.]

[Maybe it's just because he's a little more exhausted than he'd admit. After he found out she'd been thrown somewhere by a data stream, he'd been out the past few days looking for Shepard. He knows she can handle herself, better than anyone else he's ever met, but he's not taking the chance he could lose her again, not when he just got her back.
[However, storming this castle is something else he can't stay back and let pass by. Most of these people aren't soldiers. Most of them are just people who had normal lives before getting sucked here. They may have their digimon to help them, but people could still get hurt, maybe even die if this gets messy. Garrus doesn't have it in him to just let that happen, even if that means putting the search off until it was done. Shepard would have a few issues with him putting her life over those of others anyway.]
Any day / Desert
She wiped some sweat from her brow and unicorn horn. She was heading for the village, hoping to get some supplies before thing began to get at they're worst. She was sweaty, but otherwise so far she was good. Kudamon sat on her shoulders, doing even better.
She's mostly just observing the area, trying to memorize it for if she needs to use the land later. Still, she's all up for talking if anyone wishes to speak with her.]
Any Day/Desert
You see I've been through the desert on a Kyubimon with no name
It feels good to get out of the rain.
In the desert, you can remember your name
Cause there ain't no mon for to give you no pain...
...Holder of the contract, you have been singing that for the past hour. Have you been targeted by some sinister magical curse?
Of course not! It's just travel music. La laaa laaaaa laa la la la
[Kyubimon sighs.]
Armadillomon Village / Any Day
This trek to where they were going was a bit more exhausting that either Chika or Biyomon were anticipating, though it wasn't as bad as travelling without supplies or any knowledge about where they were supposed to be going at all. So there was that, at least.
Still, she didn't want to stick around too long, so she turned to the nearest person near her.]
Do you think we have enough for what we need?
no subject
My feet hurt. Can we fly now?
[Cyrille is the actually useful one, once again.]
I think we need more water.
[Flandre also was not used to carrying things, so the suggestion made her grumble. Salamon gently leaned against her side.]
We still have some bits left over from the stand, before it, um...blew up.
no subject
[Masaru shot his partner a glare]
I'm pretty sure you need to save your strength for the battle, Agumon.
[he turned towards Chika and Flandre]
You guys sure you're okay? The fight isn't gonna be easy... you girls should probably work on saving your strength too...
