By now, the Digimon outside are fewer, but inside the Castle, they’re still many. The Chosen have fought hard, with some falling to injury or their own darkness, but the battle isn’t over.

In fact, as the sides are either filled with holes or wide open, it looks like the real battles are just beginning.

((OOC: This is the last part of the siege! The order will go a little differently because of something that will happen on Day 9. Additionally, the last few days will be organized differently as well, so please read everything carefully! In this log, there will be a few special attacks and events occurring throughout, that we will mark. Remember to request an NPC if you’d like to do battle against one, or if you approve, you can also mark at the start of your thread that you’re okay with us sending an NPC in at some point.))

[It's just before sunrise and all is relatively silent. There are the few crazed Digimon causing problems, but they are small in comparison to what has been seen already. The light-grey over the horizon slowly gives way to pinks and oranges, and for a moment, the view of the castle is almost beautiful.

The ZeedMilleniummon statue suddenly disappears in a flurry of debris and dust, the sound of an explosion reaching the ears of those nearby a second later. It is a cacophony of crashes, roars, and Digimon dying, grating on the likely frayed nerves of the Chosen who have spent all this time fighting.

Silence once more follows before a figure rises from the dust that is slowly dissipating. Standing in the place of the statue is the Kimeramon that was seen and fought before. It still carries the wounds of the previous battle with the Chosen, as well as fresh wounds from its rampage within the Castle and without. It might even be mistaken as majestic, standing as still as the statue prior to being destroyed.

But a loud cry, a broken roar like that of a skipped record shatters the illusion, and is followed quickly by several blasts of energy from its maw. They are random, flying in any direction, as though daring anyone and anything to come try and remove it from its post.

What do you say, Chosen? Who dares to bring down the beast?]

[The thunderous stomping of Vajramon can be heard even from the distance, as he stampedes over with his swords drawn. It only makes sense for a beast to fight a beast, or so he likes to think anyway. It's cow logic, don't fight it.

Still, he's been fighting for a long time now, but he doesn't look like he's getting sick of it anytime soon. No, the idea of challenging something so powerful only sounds exciting. A test of the new power he's obtained during these past days.

His partner is right behind him as well as anyone who bothered to follow her. The whole leadership thing was thrown out the window and the two are just going to stick to what they know. Fighting shit.]

RRRAAAAAHHHHHHGGH

[And Arcee's followed not too far behind by Bulkhead. He's still a little impressed with Bullmon's new form, but the surprise took a backseat to the fighting.

It'd almost seemed like after all the fighting, that it was starting to wind down a little. Now they had this thing to contend with. But leadership or not, he's still going to work along side Arcee. Just like they did back home.

Boulder, meanwhile, is in his Dorugamon form. It's been a lot of fighting, but they couldn't give up until they had this thing. Till the crazy digimon were gone. When the Kimeramon shows up, he stares at it, giving a rumbling growl. He's a little wary of going up against such a stronger digimon, but he's got the support and Vajramon could use the back up. There's only slight hesitation before he launches into the air, following after Vajramon.]

[After seeing Bullmon digivolve, there was no way Sheepmon was going to give in just yet. If he could keep fighting, then so could she. Thankfully, that seemed to work just fine with Wheeljack, who didn't stray too far from the Autobots.

...Maybe some things do change, when the situation calls for it.

Sheepmon ran ahead, aligning herself next to Vajramon as she snorted towards the Kimeramon. Maybe it was her stubbornness setting in, but she showed no fear towards this thing. After all, Wheeljack would never forgive her if she stepped back now.

And surprisingly fast for a Sheepmon, she dashes towards the Kimeramon, her Booster charging with energy. The moment the time calls for it, Silence of Rams is going to be used. Timing was everything.]

[Cape flapping behind him and fedora tilted slightly and probably a little ratty, Bartholomew as Wizardmon comes running in behind them. He spins his wizard staff and looks up with a little bit of wariness.

This thing was just more than a little bit scary. But, he wasn't going to let his partner down and certainly wasn't going to back down with all these witnesses around. He leaps up and gives his own battle cry.]

[Garrus isn't just going to sit back and let them take on the big one without him, and neither was Angemon. This thing looks like it could do some serious damage, and even with all the firepower that's going up against it, Garrus is fairly certain all the help they can get is appreciated.

[Angemon may be more powerful than your average champion level digimon, but Kimeramon was still way out of his weight class. The plan is stay out of it's range, hammer it from a distance with long range attacks and leave the up close and personal combat to Vajramon, and that's exactly what Angemon is doing.]

[Yet another Digimon barges into the fray, spewing a tremendous blast of fire from his mouth. His eyes are nothing but little slits, and he snarls as he draws close to the Digimon.

He's without a Tamer, but some may recognize him as the Guilmon who's been around for a while and even traveled with Team Prime, but since his fighting yesterday, he's become Growlmon. Once he's launched a few attacks, he turns his gaze on the Digimon and Chosen surrounding him, waiting to see what they do. He may be all fired up, but he knows better than to stand in their way.]

[The incoming Chosen and Partners do not seem to deter Kimeramon's rampage as it continues to send out a barrage of energy blasts from its mouth, some of them even aimed at those coming towards it. Its arms thrash about, and its wings beat with several hard flaps, enough to send dirt, dust, and even Digimon flying through the air.

It roars, the sound crackling and breaking like that of a broken record before sending another blast of energy towards those coming towards it from the front.]

Shadow Wing!

[ As soon as Chika and Garudamon noticed that the Kimeramon was back, they had flew over to this part of the battle as quick as they could. Garudamon had dropped Chika off before flying up and sending his attack at Kimeramon's back.

No matter what, this time Garudamon wasn't going to let this thing escape again. It was just too dangerous, and they were going to have to put it down now.

At least they had a bit more help this time. ]

[The attack to its back causes Kimeramon to have to step forward to keep from falling on its face. It gives a roar before it quickly turns to swipe its numerous limbs at Chika and Garudamon.]

[And so, the valiant efforts of the digidestined were reworded. The Kimeriamon fell. Collapsing into ones and zeroes. However the victory was short lived.]

[The symbol appeared everywhere on the roof for a few seconds as the the data of the Kimeramon imploded into itself. A small rainbow sphere appearing...and then vastly expanding within seconds.

The defeated Kimeramon had turned into Dark Zone, where the statue of Zeedmilleniumon once stood.

But the castle was finally free of the anomaly . Good job Chosen. Mission completed. Enjoy a well earned rest.]
