By now, the Digimon outside are fewer, but inside the Castle, they’re still many. The Chosen have fought hard, with some falling to injury or their own darkness, but the battle isn’t over.

In fact, as the sides are either filled with holes or wide open, it looks like the real battles are just beginning.


((OOC: This is the last part of the siege! The order will go a little differently because of something that will happen on Day 9. Additionally, the last few days will be organized differently as well, so please read everything carefully! In this log, there will be a few special attacks and events occurring throughout, that we will mark. [Well, that's not good. Guilmon's eyes widen at the sight of the familiar symbol, and he takes a step back.]

Mm, Guilmon doesn't like this...

[But Leormon was right about staying alert. Despite his unease, he turns his eyes back on the path ahead.]

Are Juri and Leormon okay? I think you're right about staying alert.

[Oh, Juri remembers that sign. Not only because it's the one on Guilmon, no. She associates it with that time, with Leomon dying, and with Guilmon turning into...

She glances at both Digimon in turn and wishes beyond everything else that the other Tamers were there to help her.]

I-I'm fine. I'm fine. [But they're not here, so she's going to have to do this.

If she were Takato, now would be the time where she pulls the goggles down over her eyes.] We should investigate...but slowly.

[You guys really aren't fine. For the Digital Hazard symbols stops flashing and turns into 1's 0'2 and 3's.

And all the champions that make Kimeramon appear from where each Hazard symbol stood]

[guilmon]

[The sight of all the champions sends Guilmon stumbling back. He was not expecting this! He wasn't expecting this at all.

But what starts as shock shifts rapidly. His pupils narrow into slits, he bristles, and he steps out in front of Juri with his claws raised.]

Get ready! Guilmon's got a bad feeling about this.

[So many! There's one, two, three, four, five-- nine. Nine Digimon, and just two of them and one of her. Leormon follows Guilmon's lead and snarls, and it's all Juri can do to think clearly.

So she takes out a card.]

Card Slash! Radiant Fate, activate!

[Leormon glows with a protective light, and he bunches up his muscles, preparing to strike.]

[robomons]

[The Angemon lets out a blood cutterling cry as it uses its Hand of Fate on the two tamers.]

[guilmon]

Wagh!

[Guilmon yelps, diving forward in an attempt to push Juri outta the way. Unfortunately, his move puts him right into the path of that Hand of Fate attack.

Yet in spite of the pain, he's quick to retaliate with a...]

Pyro Sphere!

[Leormon moves in the same way, charging right into the Hand of Fate with the card protecting him. As the Pyro Sphere shoots off, Leormon growls and leaps with it, to strike the Angemon with his own attack.]

Leo Claw!

[And Juri watches with her heart squeezed in fear.]
