Chika can't help but giggle and thank the Yokomon herself before she starts eating. Sure, it wasn't really the best food that she's had before, but it was still good enough.

After all, nothing would compare to her mom's cooking. So it wasn't like she wasn't going to have the best food for a long time anyway. And she was starving and it was nice of them to feed them.
