The force of Noir's attack is enough to repel Gotsumon's fist and even force the digimon herself back. Combined with Jinx's coat hitting her square in the face, she stumbles backwards and struggles to get it off.

Shark doesn't fare any better, taking a direct hit to the head and the force sends him back towards the wall. He curses as he rubs the spot he was struck. That hurt and it was a stupid amateur mistake that he should not be making.
