"Well, I don't know a whole lot about workin' with teams but for what its worth, I thought you weren't a bad leader at all. You were direct and concise. You made decisions and stood by them. you gave orders clearly. You were aware of the morale of your team and tried to have it addressed. You made sure someone could close the dark area and you tried to handle to incident yourself instead of making someone else go in...and now, when it didn't work out right in the end....you've taken responsibility for it when it would be a lot easier to blame someone else."

She leaned back slightly, propping herself up on her hands, ankles shifting outward to rest her bottom on the bed.

"I'd think all of those were really important qualities in a leader. I liked the idea of working in a team and I was glad to be there until I messed up. I never thought it was your fault."
