Who: Mabel and Leatherhead
What: Mabel decides to visit her friend after Halloween.
When: After Halloween, Afternoon
Where: Leatherhead's Apartment
[After the successful candy haul that trick-or-treating on Halloween brought, Mabel had been feeling a lot better than she had the weeks before. With Dipper not around she figured that this Halloween would be the worst ever, considering it was literally her first without Dipper...
But not so. She had been pleasantly surprised by friends who went trick-or-treating with her, helping her both enjoy herself and get her mind off of things she couldn't control.
That's the main reason why she's knocking on Leatherhead's apartment door with Aoshima standing on her shoulders with his body flopped over the top of her head. She stands there with a wide grin on her face and a cloth bag in her hands.]

[Aoshima barely stifles a snicker, waggling a brow at Duke.]
What's wrong with bein' the king of flower land, eh?
[Mabel continues stringing flowers onto the string in her hands as she answers, humming a little between words.]
Whatever you want, really. I just like making them cause I think they're pretty. I don't have much thread to make any new sweaters right now, so I'm making these instead until I can get some.

[Whatever Duke, Leatherhead seems to like them.]
They are beautiful...I would be glad to wear one. [Pause.] Why are you doing this?

[Aoshima just smiles, propping his head up on his feet.]
That is your crown, your Highness.
[Mabel smiles as she gets to the end of the string, putting one more flower on it before tying the ends together.]
'Cause I wanted to thank you for going trick-or-treating with me!
[With that she carefully puts the crown on his head, leaning back to admire her handywork.]
And we're friends. Right?

[Leatherhead pauses as the crown goes on his head, the flowers meshing well with that tangled mess of black hair. Friends? Did she really consider him a friend? Even with all the companions he had, he had to ask himself all the time. He looks back at her with the biggest smile he can muster.]
Yes...we are friends.

Good! Then consider that your friendship flower crown! I'll make one for myself to match~
