What: An open mingle log for everyone to play in!
It has been a long November, and the weather is starting to get colder, a side-effect of the worlds merging. Maybe it's welcome, maybe it's a hindrance, but a rumble rises at the start of the day, signalling new Chosen are starting to arrive. Culumon bounces about the Terminal Room, lonely after waiting so long. Stepping outside, the Chosen will find a bit of a mess before them. The city's been through a lot lately.
Outside the Main Terminal, there is a bin with pamphlets to help supplement the information received on the new Chosen's D-Terminals. The information is...a little bit outdated, with last month's troubling reveals.
OOC: Feel free to mark your characters in different locations! They can be just arriving in the Terminal Room you read about in the arrival post or anywhere on the map! Also feel free to mark the day for each thread. You can also request to play with Culumon, too! Have fun, guys!

[ Sora's arms are crossed as he frowns a little. seeing someone that is very clearly his best friend is confusing. well. sort of confusing. truth is that Sora has no idea if this guy is the Riku from his reality or not. it could be that this Riku doesn't know Sora or some weird alternate time thingie. all of that is very confusing to him and he's just going to take it one step at a time.
Sora's already been disappointed enough.still. he isn't going to take anyone being rude to their partner. like, seriously. ]

[...Wait a sec. Brow furrowing, the Replica turns around. Then he sees that spiky mess of brown hair and promptly stumbles back, rubbing his eyes. That's Sora, no doubt, but he's almost as tall as he is now! Maybe even the same height and, last he checked, people don't grow several inches over just a few hours.
...How's he supposed to act? He'd just gone and tried to kill Sora's best friend. What would he even think of that? Whatever frustration the Replica showed before fizzles out, and he slumps, eyes shifting towards the ground.
He shakes his head before speaking. Why ask the dragon when he's got a familiar face standing up ahead?]
Forget it... Sora, do you know what's up with this place? Is this someone's idea of a joke?
[The Kotemon blinks a few times before tentatively stepping closer.]
...You don't have to stick up for me, mister. I think he's just grumpy.

[ it has to be Riku, right? there's really no one else it could be. the only problem is...
but Sora turns to Kotemon with a shrug. naw. he doesn't have to stick up for the guy. it's just that he should. ]
You know... Sometimes I miss grumpy Riku. Lately he's been all "I'm not worthy" and stuff. Like he's always looking for forgiveness or how to fix things when really... There's nothing to forgive or make up for.

[Giant monster? Could be worse. After all, Heartless get pretty huge in their own right. However, the moment Sora mentions Riku, the Replica bristles, fists shaking. He draws in a sharp breath and looks off to the side.]
And you've got the wrong guy. Just because I've had the darkness sucked out of me doesn't mean I'm him.
[With a soft squeak, Kotemon looks from one to the other and tilts her head.]
I don't think he likes being called Riku. He got really mad when I did it!

With my luck, kinda not surprised. Some of the people I know here don't know me. This is the first time, though, that someone knows me like that and I don't have a clue who they are.
[ at least Sora's honest about it. he's not going to pretend that he knows who this Riku look alike is... ]
Or if Riku has a Nobody... I mean Lea and the other Organization members still look the same even with hearts. Roxas and I don't though...

We met in Castle Oblivion, but I guess after everything that happened to your memories...
[He probably would've wanted the real ones back. That meant forgetting all about him and only remembering the real Riku.

You know what happened to my memories? 'Cause when my and my friends woke up in Twilight Town, we couldn't remember anything after chasing Pluto. Even the journal was blank...

[He inhales deeply, rubbing at his brow. Boy does he have a lot of explaining to do.
While he thinks of how to articulate it all, Kotemon tugs at one of her sleeves and watches the two with wide eyes.]
I don't get it...
You wouldn't. Anyway, long story short? You and your friends wound up in a place called Castle Oblivion run by this jerk named Marluxia. I don't really remember how it all started, but I do know that he and Larxene used Naminé's powers to change our memories. I wound up thinking I was the real Riku and that you were one big obstacle between me and Naminé.
We fought a whole bunch of times, some stuff happened, and we all wound up facing Marluxia. Turns out he wanted to turn you into a tool to wipe out the rest of the Organization... or something like that, anyway. Point is, he was bad news, you took him down, and I guess you forgot after that.

But man... To think that Naminé had those sorts of powers. I had no idea. She seemed okay to me.
