What: An open mingle log for everyone to play in!

It has been a long November, and the weather is starting to get colder, a side-effect of the worlds merging. Maybe it's welcome, maybe it's a hindrance, but a rumble rises at the start of the day, signalling new Chosen are starting to arrive. Culumon bounces about the Terminal Room, lonely after waiting so long. Stepping outside, the Chosen will find a bit of a mess before them. The city's been through a lot lately.

Outside the Main Terminal, there is a bin with pamphlets to help supplement the information received on the new Chosen's D-Terminals. The information is...a little bit outdated, with last month's troubling reveals.

OOC: Feel free to mark your characters in different locations! They can be just arriving in the Terminal Room you read about in the arrival post or anywhere on the map! Also feel free to mark the day for each thread. You can also request to play with Culumon, too! Have fun, guys!

With the amount of unusual situations that crop up in Terminal Tokyo, it shouldn't surprise anyone to see a lanky girl dressed in furs and a viking helmet wandering around looking lost. All the while a little pink mouse Digimon is perched on her helmet chattering away casually.

"Don't you worry about a thing Buffnut!"

"Ruffnut." The girl corrected him with a look of irritation.

"Like I said. Don't you worry about a thing! I'll show you around and before you know it we'll be living like kings! Vengeful kings!"

Ruffnut didn't know much about kings, but she knew she had no idea where she was and had never seen buildings like this or people dressed how they were. It was really interesting in a "What the hell is going on" sort of way.

And where the hell was her brother? She couldn't wait around for him forever.

Mikey had been making his way by the area when he saw the girl and heard her digimon talking.

"I don't know how many people here would like that." He couldn't help but comment, his bright smile at odds with the kind of downer statement he had made. Dressed in his normal browns and greens he made an interesting image as always with his bright orange hair and orange scar setting off his blue eyes, his freckles only adding to the young look of his face.

With him were a Salamon perched on his shoulder and a Leormon walking at his side.

"Hi, I'm Mikey, one of the Chosen. You said your name was Ruffnut?"

Ruffnut regarded this newcomer with suspicion, eying him, and then his partner sizing them up.

"Chosen? For what?"

"To save the world dummy!" Her Chumon partner laughed before she frowned and swatted him off her helmet. He yelped and bounced off the ground where he landed.

Mikey frowns when he see her swat her digimon off and makes him bounce off the ground. "You shouldn't do that to your partner... you never know when you are going to need them to save your life."

In spite of his normally cheery attitude he was rather serious about this. "Besides, the only way to go home is to work with your partner to save the world, along with all of the rest of us."

"Yeah!" Chuumon snapped and sprang to his feet. "You gotta do what I say if you wanna go home!"
Ruffnut blinked and gave them both a look of disbelief. "This little thing is supposed to save the world? He's a rat!"

"Chuumon!" The pink rat puffed out his chest proudly. "You can call me boss!"

"No way."

"Chuumon... I didn't say that. I said you may save her at some point." He couldn't help but correct the digimon. "He may be small right now but when he digivolves he will probably get bigger, most digimon do. They get bigger and stronger for a time. When lots of digimon work together they can take down big enemies, that's how we are going to fix things so we can go home."

If Ruffnut processed any of Mikey's talk about Evolution it was lost when Chumon tried to assert dominance over her.

"Yeah right! I'll show you who's boss." She swung her fist at him and he bit into it hard making her yelp and start shaking her arm trying to throw him off. But his teeth were sunk fast into the skin growling.

Off to a great start.

Mikey stared on as the two started to fight.

"Um... is this normal for you?" he decided to ask because it would honestly be disappointing if someone decided they had to break up Raph chasing him just because it wasn't what they were use to.

"For me? Yes!" Ruffnut managed to pry the rabid little Digimon off her wrist and punted it so it flew at Mikey.

"How should I know if it's normal for him though?"

Meanwhile Chuumon was flailing his little claws trying to fly.

"Well... one way or another these guys are good at fitting us. So I'd guess it's pretty normal for him." Even as he talks the ninja watches the Chuumon attempting to fly towards him. He dodged it easily but also snagged it out of the air as it passed. He knelt down and set the Chuumon on the ground.

"There. Now... do you need any help figuring out where things are?"

Chuumon huffed and puffed and stamped his claws in a sort of mini tantrum. Ruffnut seemed content to ignore him.

"I dunno, I guess is there a lodge house? A tavern or something?"

She could use some good ale or cider right about now.

"Nothing with those kind of names, but there is a cafeteria where you can get food and stuff, or there's other places around that sell stuff, but those take bits, that's the money here. The cafeteria is free though." He answered, though if Ruffnut would find what she was looking for at any of the above was questionable.

Food...food was a good start. And free was even better. She glanced down at Chuumon who's eyes were wide with the promise of a free meal.

"Yeah alright...what's a bit?" That was a logical question right? Ruffnut wasn't so great with logic. But she had to work with what she had right? And what she had was a talking rat and this kid.

"A bit is a kind of money, that's what they use here." He answered, waving for her to follow him as he headed back toward where the cafeteria was. "Around here you can use it to get more than just what is free for us to have."

Ruffnut followed though her face was streaked with suspicion.

And curiosity at least. Chuumon however was grinning a toothy wicked smile.

"Yeah yeah yeah! Food and bits! Great! We need alot of that. Bring it on!"
