Getting the lay of the land.
Who: Tony Stark & Anyone who wants to meet Tony!
What: Tony's Dorumon has helped him come to terms with this world. Now he's wandering it.
When: December 4th
Where: Around the main terminal area and the Meeting Hall.
Note: Prose or bracket spam are both welcome
(A - Outside the Main Terminal)
Tony and Dorumon have just exited the main terminal, Tony's looking a little frustrated at his whole predicament, Dorumon however looks vaguely amused at how stubborn Tony was about the whole existence of the digital world and the fact he was brought here.
"You know, if anything any of you has said is even remotely true, then all I need to do is get to a computer then I'm going to program myself right on back to New York."
"Uh, huh. Knock yourself out on that one. Because I don't see it happening some how." Tony just huffs at her.
"You make arguing, really difficult. I don't like it."
"Ya huh, and you'll get used to it."
"Not if I can help it."
"You really can't."
"You know, you're still talking. But I remember you something about finding me food." Dorumon just makes an amused sound and keeps leading him to the Meeting Hall.
(B- In the Meeting Hall)
"A cafeteria." Tony stares not looking all that impressed with what he sees.
"Ya huh."
"This isn't food."
"Of course it's food. What do you eat back home?"
"Burgers, omelettes, hot dogs. Who cares what I ate back home, cafeteria's aren't food, they're cardboard on trays"
"Who said that?"
"Boarding school." To be fair, Tony hadn't been in a boarding school since he was 15, and at 48 he was a long way from 15, but that doesn't mean that he can't remember how terrible the food was, considering how much his dad had paid for the school it was pretty much insult to injury.
"They have burgers."
"...I'm only trusting you with this once." He points a finger at her before heading over to where he can get himself a burger, as Dorumon just rolls her eyes.
"Ya huh, sure."

...Maybe less of a stereotype, most British kids don't do that with a Biyomon and Wizardmon.
"Honestly, it's not that bad."
no subject
"Hm. You sure about that?"
He paused for a second before sticking his hands in his pockets.
"I loved you in The Deathly Hallow's by the way."
no subject
Sorry, Tony. He's from 1995. The latter remark went totally over his head, so Waver elected to ignore it.
"You must be new here. My name's Waver Velvet."
...however, there was always that to pick on.
no subject
"New enough, I guess. So, is there other places around here to eat other than here?"

Curious, Dorumon goes over to them.
"Got any suggestions for someone who doesn't want to have hamburgers? Also, Hi!"
Tony gives her a flat look then rolls his eyes before coming over.
"Funny because you were the one who was eager to show me burgers."
"Because it was all you could talk about."

Accompaying her were two Digimon, a Lopmon and a Floramon, who were debating what to eat themselves.
"Let's get a pizza..."
"I don't want a pizza. Do they have any chocolate?"
The girl laughed softly. "You have to eat something before dessert..."
no subject
"Why not get chocolate on the pizza?"
Now that she's engaged them, Tony feels that he has to go over and talk.
"You know, this butting into other people's conversations is getting old."
"It's called making friends." She smiles "I'm Dorumon! And this grumblepuss is Tony"
Tony raises an eyebrow at that.
"Grumblepuss?"
no subject
The two Digimon look towards the girl, but once they're sure she's all right they turn back to Dorumon thoughtfully.

"Oh come on, let's just go get something somewhere else. What about Pizza?"
"We just had pizza, besides Mikey's trying to save his bits for other things than feeding you."
"Like you had any less then me last time?"
no subject
"Huh. And suddenly I feel like I know what it's like watching me and Pepper."
Dorumon chuckles.
"Really, that's what you two arguing like? Because it seems boring."
"Top trying to think you're good at arguing." Tony just shakes his head at her for this.
no subject
Mikey offers with little preamble, smiling at the Dorumon. "Besides, this isn't them arguing, this is how they talk about things. It's actually scary when they get along and agree."
As he talked the teen grabbed a few more things before looking over at Tony. "Oh, sorry! I didn't mean to be in the way. You don't look familiar, are you new here?"

A because I am a rebel.
"That's not how it works."
The one talking isn't a Chosen, but rather a Digimon. A Bearmon, with a tiny grin on her face. She's actually hanging from a nearby tree, upside-down. Somehow, her cap doesn't fall from her head.
"You're kinda stuck."
You are most rebel.
Tony rolls his eyes at Dorumon and then looks over at the upside down bear.
"Yeah, never really been one to be 'stuck' anywhere. Not really my style."
He tilts his head slightly.
"Good view there?"
no subject
Bearmon chuckles and nods. It's upside-down so it might look a bit...weird.
"I can see everything. And sorry, but style doesn't matter! Good lookin' face-hair, though."

"Hey why don't you watch where you're going you..."
And then she got a good look at him and melted into a silly smile.
"Tall handsome new guy."
no subject
Realising Happy wasn't there he felt a little silly, and just readjusted his jacket.
"Well, you bumped into me so..."
He raised his eyebrow at her smile, nothing he wasn't used to but didn't think he'd literally run into it so soon.
"You think I'm tall?"
He realises that really shouldn't be his first thought here. But after spending time with the Avengers, Tony started to develop a vague height complex.
no subject
"OK well you're still good looking and older then 18...I hope. What's cooking good looking?"

b) t-tl;dr?
It was a regular barrel of laughs, really.
The Bearmon with her scratched at its chin, a clearly-learned behavior of watching her partner. "What do you mean, what to do with her?"
"She's cool," Misha said with a conceding nod of her head, "I'm just not sure how it's supposed to work having two partners. That and... well, Aizen..." She grimaced. Thelma merely nodded in understanding; it had been a great deal of paranoia when Aizen Sousuke had arrived, worrying Misha about potential illusions and falsehoods to be drawn into. His lack of presence at the moment didn't mean he wasn't there somewhere.
As a change of subject, Thelma turned and pointed toward the Dorumon and her partner. "Oh—hey, burgers today!"
Misha just grinned. "Sure, let's grab burgers. We'll get Rufus salad for missing out and taking a nap all day."
Not tl;dr at all!
"You know this means you talk to loud, right?"
"Or it means that you're not the only one who likes the idea of burgers?"
"Which they heard about because you're loud."
"Nu huh."
"Is this going to be a thing with you."
"Ya huh."
Tony just sighs so very deeply at his partner.
Phew!
"You new here?" she asked. It could very well be that the man had arrived anytime after she had left several months ago, but with the way he and his partner were getting along, she didn't think that was the case. Or, even if it was, it was still a conversation starter. "You sound new."

A red head woman walked up to the counter and poked the Elecmon on the forehead. "Honestly, Guren, do you have to brag about my cooking skills? I'm not even here all the time. I just help the Damemon with polishing their skills."
She turned her attention to Tony now. "Well, since my partner here did call me out, I should give it a shot. So, what would you like? Nothing too high end, please. It's not my personal kitchen after all."
no subject
"Don't let the suit fool you, my tastes aren't as high end as you think. But, how are you at making a real American burger?"
Dorumon scratches at her chin.
"It's all he's been talking about since he realised he wasn't hung over."
no subject
"Ah, new arrival! That does explain a few things." Saori had her own confident grin. "Challenge accepted. I know my way around an American burger. You won't be disappointed. Anything else you'd like to add?"
