Getting the lay of the land.
Who: Tony Stark & Anyone who wants to meet Tony!
What: Tony's Dorumon has helped him come to terms with this world. Now he's wandering it.
When: December 4th
Where: Around the main terminal area and the Meeting Hall.
Note: Prose or bracket spam are both welcome
(A - Outside the Main Terminal)
Tony and Dorumon have just exited the main terminal, Tony's looking a little frustrated at his whole predicament, Dorumon however looks vaguely amused at how stubborn Tony was about the whole existence of the digital world and the fact he was brought here.
"You know, if anything any of you has said is even remotely true, then all I need to do is get to a computer then I'm going to program myself right on back to New York."
"Uh, huh. Knock yourself out on that one. Because I don't see it happening some how." Tony just huffs at her.
"You make arguing, really difficult. I don't like it."
"Ya huh, and you'll get used to it."
"Not if I can help it."
"You really can't."
"You know, you're still talking. But I remember you something about finding me food." Dorumon just makes an amused sound and keeps leading him to the Meeting Hall.
(B- In the Meeting Hall)
"A cafeteria." Tony stares not looking all that impressed with what he sees.
"Ya huh."
"This isn't food."
"Of course it's food. What do you eat back home?"
"Burgers, omelettes, hot dogs. Who cares what I ate back home, cafeteria's aren't food, they're cardboard on trays"
"Who said that?"
"Boarding school." To be fair, Tony hadn't been in a boarding school since he was 15, and at 48 he was a long way from 15, but that doesn't mean that he can't remember how terrible the food was, considering how much his dad had paid for the school it was pretty much insult to injury.
"They have burgers."
"...I'm only trusting you with this once." He points a finger at her before heading over to where he can get himself a burger, as Dorumon just rolls her eyes.
"Ya huh, sure."

"Ya huh, sure."
A because I am a rebel.
"That's not how it works."
The one talking isn't a Chosen, but rather a Digimon. A Bearmon, with a tiny grin on her face. She's actually hanging from a nearby tree, upside-down. Somehow, her cap doesn't fall from her head.
"You're kinda stuck."
You are most rebel.
Tony rolls his eyes at Dorumon and then looks over at the upside down bear.
"Yeah, never really been one to be 'stuck' anywhere. Not really my style."
He tilts his head slightly.
"Good view there?"
no subject
Bearmon chuckles and nods. It's upside-down so it might look a bit...weird.
"I can see everything. And sorry, but style doesn't matter! Good lookin' face-hair, though."
no subject
He fidgets with his hands, as there's nothing to keep them busy.
"Saying style doesn't matter, then complimenting my goatee."
He settles them by stuffing his hands into his pockets casually.
no subject
She grins.
"I'm a very confusing Digimon," she replies, confident and proud.
Then, she swings herself upright, on the branch, and shakes her head. "Phew! Brain rush."
no subject
"Shouldn't you have a person? I mean I got her" He gestures at Dorumon with his head "Should you have a confused person of your own somewhere?"
no subject
"Hollyleaf? Oh, she's much less confused, she's been here for months!"
Bearmon slides down off the branch and lands on her feet with a smooth dismount. She waves at Dorumon. "And anyway, she's off somewhere else. I'm exploring."
no subject
Tony watches Bearmon as Dorumon waves back.
"Well that sounds like fun in all this rubble."
no subject
"Exploring here, of course." She raises her arms, for emphasis. "This place, for anything new and exciting. Like you, I guess! Need a guide bear?"
no subject
Dorumon giggles at Bearmon's obvious raised arms.
no subject
"Oh, that's simple," Bearmon replies. "The big ol' building there, where you're supposed to live? It's got its own cafeteria. Food's free! Any other questions?"
no subject
"Well that's convenient. But, uh. No I don't. Wait. Computer parts, know where I could get my hands on them?"
"Oh, Tony!"
Dorumon whines.
no subject
"My advice? Look around the marketplace. There's some electronic shops yanked in here and there."
no subject
He looks around to see if he can see it from here.
"Little help for directions, Pooh?"
no subject
"What, no adventurous spirit?" Bearmon laughs and rolls her eyes. "There're a few, go to the west of the housing, it's a buncha shops. Can't miss it."
no subject
Tony looks in a westerly direction and gives an appraising look.
"Well, that sounds like a good place to start at least." He thinks for a second then turns back to bearmon. "How 'can't miss it' are we talking about, I mean is it a busy with lots of signs, or just a bunch of red doors?"
no subject
"Try a looootta little shops. Digis all mullin' around and the like." She grins wider.
no subject
Tony looks around again to get a sense of what this area is like so he can tell the difference between 'a lotta little shops' and here. Then he nods.
"That, is actually quite helpful, Booboo"
no subject
"The name's Bearmon, not Booboo, scruffy."
She returns the favor.
no subject
He looks at Dorumon.
"At least your name isn't really obvious."
Dorumon gives Tony 'welp' face.
"Welllll..."
"And what is that supposed to mean, why are you 'welll'ing me?"
"It's an acronym actually." Tony gives her a flat look then shakes his head.
"No, I don't want to know. Tell me later."
no subject
Bearmon laughs and covers her mouth with a paw. "Have fun lookin' around~"
no subject
Dorumon smiles at Bearmon.
"Thanks for the help! See you around, okay?"
no subject
With a silly salute, Bearmon starts walking backwards and waving. "You betcha! So long!"
