Getting the lay of the land.

Who: Tony Stark & Anyone who wants to meet Tony!
What: Tony's Dorumon has helped him come to terms with this world. Now he's wandering it.
When: December 4th
Where: Around the main terminal area and the Meeting Hall.
Note: Prose or bracket spam are both welcome

(A - Outside the Main Terminal)

Tony and Dorumon have just exited the main terminal, Tony's looking a little frustrated at his whole predicament, Dorumon however looks vaguely amused at how stubborn Tony was about the whole existence of the digital world and the fact he was brought here.

"You know, if anything any of you has said is even remotely true, then all I need to do is get to a computer then I'm going to program myself right on back to New York."

"Uh, huh. Knock yourself out on that one. Because I don't see it happening some how." Tony just huffs at her.

"You make arguing, really difficult. I don't like it."

"Ya huh, and you'll get used to it."

"Not  if I can help it."

"You really can't."

"You know, you're still talking. But I remember you something about finding me food." Dorumon just makes an amused sound and keeps leading him to the Meeting Hall.

(B- In the Meeting Hall)

"A cafeteria." Tony stares not looking all that impressed with what he sees.

"Ya huh."

"This isn't food."

"Of course it's food. What do you eat back home?"

"Burgers, omelettes, hot dogs. Who cares what I ate back home, cafeteria's aren't food, they're cardboard on trays"

"Who said that?"

"Boarding school." To be fair, Tony hadn't been in a boarding school since he was 15, and at 48 he was a long way from 15, but that doesn't mean that he can't remember how terrible the food was, considering how much his dad had paid for the school it was pretty much insult to injury.

"They have burgers." 

"...I'm only trusting you with this once." He points a finger at her before heading over to where he can get himself a burger, as Dorumon just rolls her eyes.

"Ya huh, sure."

"Is he still here?"

While Tony and Clint didn't exactly know each other than what was on files and what was tiredly shared over Shawarma, it would still be good to know someone else here.

She shook her head making her ponytails bounce.

"Sorry Charlie. He got sent back. Why? Friend of yours?" She seemed to have no shame in confessing her attack on him even if tony was his friend.

Tony didn't seem distraught at finding out Clint wasn't still here, but at the same time he wasn't all that pleased wither.

"Uh, know. Only really knew the guy for a day, worked with him to save New York, actually."

If Tony knew Clint better he would have assumed he could have done something to deserve the attack, but as it stands he's just guessing that there could have been more brainwashing happening, or some weird hunger games thing going on at the thyme.

That would be giving Harley the benefit of doubt. She had in fact been bored and looking to maim someone.

"Well you know what they say. Traumatic events can bring people together. Saving a whole city like that probably brought you all a little closer."

He'll change his tone eventually when it comes to her, don't worry.

"Well, I didn't actually see him after that, just one or two others, sometimes. Well, one of them lives in my tower. But I wasn't always there until recently."

"Two things, one? What kind of tower? And two, try harder Mister Anti-social handsome guy. This world is all about the connections you make and personal discoveries making you stronger." Another gesture to the world around them as if they had moved from the spot they were in.

[arrogantalloy]

"Answering 2 first. It was Pepper's job to be social, and these people were assassins, a god, a national icon and a lean green fighting machine. It's hard to schedule a nacho party when those are the people you're inviting."

He runs a hand through his hair then pockets his hands.

"And tower as in several hundred stories up with my name on it, well not anymore but it used to have my name on it. With places to live, work with 10 floors of R&D."

"Well unless you can train your Digimon to be a Pepper it's up to you now chief."

She whistled, impressed with the structure. "Gotta love a Skyscraper. You get the best air time off them." She'd thrown herself off enough of them.

[arrogantalloy]

He looks down at Dorumon who looks back at him curiously.

"No training could make anyone as good as Pepper."

Tony nods at her skyscraper assessment.

"Well. Got to agree with you there. Most of the time it's one hell of a rush."

Admittedly when Loki threw him out his own window it was a rush too, but not nearly as fun as it could have been.

Harley sighed longingly "I miss the rush. It's been too long since my life was really in any danger. I should fix that sometime."

Maybe a trip out into the forest was in order. Or she could just start attacking short tempered chosen in disguise.

"Be careful what you wish for."

Tony eyes her a little, looking at her many adjectives went through his mind. But skyscraper base jumping wasn't one of them.

"But then, I don't actually enjoy free falls."

"That's alright." She grinned cheerfully "I'm not a huge fan of short stops after long falls. But they haven't killed me yet so that's something!"

And boy had she had her share of crash landings.

[arrogantalloy]

"You know, I'm getting a feeling there's a lot of stories."

He gives her a contemplative look.

"Maybe one day, I'll hear about them."

"Maybe~" She blew him a kiss and spun on her heel to saunter away.

"But a lady shouldn't offer it all on a first date, unless she's in the mood anyway." She offered a playful wave and the sway of her hips.

Tony can't help but chuckle as he gives her a good bye nod.

"Here's to the second date."

He makes a gesture as if holding a glass in cheers.
