Fluttershy came to find Chris after the song ended. She hadn't quite planned on attending the party at first; she hadn't talked to Cam for quite a while and didn't want to impose on the event since she didn't quite know him very well. But the Kratt brothers had both decided to go, and convinced her to come with them.

Plus, she had to admit that when she heard Chris had part in the performance, she had really wanted to see him play.
