"Nah, I just know the suffering that is not having a wardrobe. I showed up here in my boots and a kimono top. The top ended up torn up as a tourniquet and sling when Dante broke his arm. Most of what I've got now I either stole from him or bought piecemeal. I spend most of my money on everyone else," she admitted with a bashful chuckle.
"I bought a couple of my friends new coats, because theirs got really messed up, and before that I spent everything I had on this huge party to help everyone in town get to know each other and recover from one of the attacks on the city. I couldn't afford anything like that this time, and I don't think anyone would go, anyways. Last thing I bought was a dress for myself that I was gonna wear on my birthday. I thought someone would at least take me out."
She shrugged, clucking her tongue softly and heading for the door and out into the hall, keeping a casual pace.
