What: The giving of the D-Streams
Where: Terminal City, Roaming Park
When: December 25th, 2013, morning
At the stroke of midnight on December 25th, every Chosen and their partners fall asleep wherever they are, with nothing able to wake them. They won't stay there all night, however. Bright and early, as if turned on by a switch, the Chosen will awaken in their beds to find their Digivices missing. The individual Digimon -- those without rooms, brought in like the Chosen -- similarly fall into slumber or stasis, waking where the stand in the morning in the morning.
They will all wake up with a note in their rooms, written in beautiful script. "Come to Roaming Park," it says. There's some kind of noise outside. Something drawing everyone out. Noticeable first is the fall of snow, so far absent from Terminal Tokyo. It covers, among everything else, Roaming Park, where on a bench there sits a Venusmon, with a very large sack. Around her are tables full of all sorts of food, and Digimon there both partaking in it and setting up more. It's a whole feast, not spoiled by the weather, but enhanced by it.
[ooc: Below there will be a thread to interact with Venusmon, where she will answer some questions and give out the D-Streams. Every non-canon Digimon character will receive a D-Stream, whether they see her or not. At the end of the day, they will appear in the Chosen's hands. This can also be used to generally mingle with each other and enjoy the snow.]

Well, awkward was probably not the best word to describe it, but Bruce did feel pretty awkward all the same. The last time he had been in such a crowd was when he first arrived, and even then he had quickly separated himself from the body of the group. That crowd hadn't been as big as this one, either, which only made things more awkward.
Still, he had come here because of the strange note he had gotten, and it would be a lie to say it didn't pique his interest. But he still preferred to have his space, and so settled somewhere further from the main happenings, observing and pondering over these new developments.

But being on the edge of the crowd this time also helped her keep an eye out for people she wanted to find, and seeing him she quietly made her way over.

That is, familiar after a few moments of putting a name to the face. Not that a talking horse was particularly forgettable, but Bruce had quickly learned that a lot of things were different in this digital world.
"Fluttershy, was it?" he started, doing his best to smile. "It's nice to finally meet you."

Those were thoughts for another day, however. He looked at Fluttershy once more. "And what about you? Are you well?"

Reaching into her bag, she pulled out a wrapped box with his name, offering it to him. "Here...I-I don't know if you celebrate it, but, uh...Merry Christmas..."

But it would be rude to turn her down after it was clear she had put in effort in the gift, so he took it with a more genuine smile this time. "Thank you, Fluttershy. This is very kind of you - although I'm afraid I don't have anything to give back in return." He certainly hadn't expected getting a present in the first place.
Heheh, no worries. We can pretend that says "girl with wings" and we'll be good XD

"I'm sure I'll like it. Thank you, again." He paused for a moment, thinking, and then he continued. "And if you ever need help, don't hesitate to approach me. Consider that my Christmas gift to you."

After all, Fluttershy had clearly taken the effort to make something for him even when he never asked, so it was clear that she should get something back in return. It wouldn't be fair, otherwise.

"You are very kind," he went, still smiling. "Floramon is busy right now, but I'm sure he'll love it." Floramon had wandered off for a moment to explore, but once he was back Bruce would pass it over. It was incredibly nice of her to make this, really.
