What: The giving of the D-Streams

At the stroke of midnight on December 25th, every Chosen and their partners fall asleep wherever they are, with nothing able to wake them. They won't stay there all night, however. Bright and early, as if turned on by a switch, the Chosen will awaken in their beds to find their Digivices missing. The individual Digimon -- those without rooms, brought in like the Chosen -- similarly fall into slumber or stasis, waking where the stand in the morning in the morning.

They will all wake up with a note in their rooms, written in beautiful script. "Come to Roaming Park," it says. There's some kind of noise outside. Something drawing everyone out. Noticeable first is the fall of snow, so far absent from Terminal Tokyo. It covers, among everything else, Roaming Park, where on a bench there sits a Venusmon, with a very large sack. Around her are tables full of all sorts of food, and Digimon there both partaking in it and setting up more. It's a whole feast, not spoiled by the weather, but enhanced by it.

[ooc: Below there will be a thread to interact with Venusmon, where she will answer some questions and give out the D-Streams. Every non-canon Digimon character will receive a D-Stream, whether they see her or not. At the end of the day, they will appear in the Chosen's hands. This can also be used to generally mingle with each other and enjoy the snow.]

Rainbow shakes her head a few times to get rid of the woozy feeling she usually gets after crashing and blinks back. "Heh...yeah, Fluttershy; it's me! Sorry about that, didn't get to stop in time when I saw it was you..."

"I'm sorry about that! If I'd been here sooner I might've convinced her to take it slow while flying..." Speedy raced up at that moment, not as fast in the air like Rainbow was but she was very quick on her feet much to her partner's surprise.

She giggled softly. "That's all right. As long as no one was hurt. Merry Christmas..."

"Hehe, of course not! Merry Christmas Fluttershy..." Rainbow picked up her bag and looked inside, hoping to find the presents. "Already gave Speedy her gift; check it out!"

The Rookie Digimon was sporting a pair of goggles over her eyes, which actually worked out quite well in the snowy weather.

Fluttershy smiled, reaching into her bag and pulling out a small box and giving it to the Digimon. "It's very nice. Hopefully my gift will go good with it too."

Looking up at Rainbow Dash, she pulls out a box and gives it to her longtime friend. "And yours of course, Dashie."

Once opening the gift and seeing what Fluttershy had gotten her -a scarf and hat that very much resembled Rainbow's blue texture- the Rookie Digimon smiled appreciatively and hugged the former Pegasus.

"Thank you! I promise I'll wear them on any future training flights Rainbow Dash has planned."

Dash grinned as she opened her present and gasped in amazement at what she'd gotten: a sweater that not only matched her awesomeness but looked like it had special features for her wings! Fluttershy should expect a hug from her fillyhood friend for a few minutes out of gratitude.

"...Awesome~! Thanks a lot, Flutters!"

She giggled as both Rainbow Dash and her Digimon hugged her, returning the embrace. "You're welcome...I'm glad you both like them."

"Totally! You figured out how to set up spots for my wings on the sweater?!" Rainbow held the hug a moment longer before pulling back to excitedly double check her gift again.

She nodded. "Mm-hmm...Rarity helped me with the design of it too, to make sure it turned out right. But let me know if the wing fixtures need to be bigger. We used my wings to measure, but if it needs to be adjusted, I can..."

Just to test it, Rainbow quickly put it on and slipped her wings inside to make sure of it's snugness and gave it some thought before shaking her head. "Eh, I can work with this! If I need 'em to get adjusted I know which pony to talk to."

She smiled. "Okay...Though Rarity might do a better job if they need to be fitted. Can you fly with them all right?"

"Mmm...only one way to find out!" With that, Rainbow zips into the air and performs some tricks and moves Fluttershy might find very familiar and before long, the cyan-haired girl drops back down next to her longtime friend with the sweater still in very good condition.

"That was AWESOME~! You should've gotten Rarity to make you one too, even if you can't fly with it yet."

She smiles, excited to see that the sweater still allowed Rainbow to be airborne. "Well, she was...already helping me make a lot of gifts already. I would have felt bad asking her to make something for me too..."

Just like Fluttershy...Rainbow laughed lightly before reaching back into her bag and pulling out the presents for Fluttershy and her Digimon before handing them out; two for the Pegasus and one for her partner.

"I'll thank her later when I xee her, but...here's something for the most famous Pegasus pony in the Digital World! Merry Christmas, Fluttershy!"

She blinks, taking the presents from Rainbow Dash as her Digimon took theirs. "Rainbow Dash...? There are two here..."

"Hehehe, yeah! One's to remind you what's waiting for you and that you'll always be a wingmare I can count on! The other...you asked me for, so I had to look for a while but I found it." Rainbow's grin was pretty big as she watched Fluttershy and her partner take their presents.

She blinked, slowly opening her presents. Meanwhile her Digimon have already opened theirs.

"Cool!" Choco said, putting his hat on.

"Thanks," Floramon said, grinning as she inspects hers.

Fluttershy opened the box with the Lopmon plush, and she giggled as she pulled it out, giving it a squeeze. "Thanks, Dashie..."

"We're so glad you like them!" Speedy smiled, having a hand -or wing- with helping Rainbow pick out the Digimon's presents.

Rainbow Dash smiled softly at the tender moment between Fluttershy and the plushie, doing her best not to cry. "Anytime, Flutters...! We've known each other a long time...I'll always be here for you..."

Looking at Rainbow Dash, she smiled. "I know...thank you..."

Giving the plushie one last snuggle, she then opened the box with the goggles. "Oh...!" She picks them up, inspecting them. "Thanks...! These should come in handy when I'm practicing flying again..."

Rainbow's smile widened while nodding in agreement. They would definitely come in handy. "Yeah! 'Course, you're gonna need a coach to make sure your wing's 100% and that you don't overdo it..."

She nodded. "Mm..." Then she smiled playfully. "Know where I might be able to find one?"

Rainbow returned her smile with a similar one. "Sure! Not hard to miss her...she's the fastest flyer ever...got an amazing mane...and she'll never leave her friends hanging when things get tough!"

She giggled softly, giving her friend a grateful smile. "Thanks, Dashie."

She laughed loudly, nodding excitedly at her friend before holding up a fist in hopes of getting a fistbump. "Not a problem! Hehe, seen Twilight or Rarity anywhere yet?"

She smiled, happily returning said fistbump.

"Err, no, I haven't seen them around yet..."

"Hehe, who would've thought Twilight and Rarity would be the ones to sleep in on a day like today?" Rainbow laughed once more, pretty confident they could find them before too long.
