What: The giving of the D-Streams
Where: Terminal City, Roaming Park
When: December 25th, 2013, morning

At the stroke of midnight on December 25th, every Chosen and their partners fall asleep wherever they are, with nothing able to wake them. They won't stay there all night, however. Bright and early, as if turned on by a switch, the Chosen will awaken in their beds to find their Digivices missing. The individual Digimon -- those without rooms, brought in like the Chosen -- similarly fall into slumber or stasis, waking where the stand in the morning in the morning.

They will all wake up with a note in their rooms, written in beautiful script. "Come to Roaming Park," it says. There's some kind of noise outside. Something drawing everyone out. Noticeable first is the fall of snow, so far absent from Terminal Tokyo. It covers, among everything else, Roaming Park, where on a bench there sits a Venusmon, with a very large sack. Around her are tables full of all sorts of food, and Digimon there both partaking in it and setting up more. It's a whole feast, not spoiled by the weather, but enhanced by it.

[ooc: Below there will be a thread to interact with Venusmon, where she will answer some questions and give out the D-Streams. Every non-canon Digimon character will receive a D-Stream, whether they see her or not. At the end of the day, they will appear in the Chosen's hands. This can also be used to generally mingle with each other and enjoy the snow.]

"It does, doesn't it? I hope I do find them." A slightly knowing look, as he gave her a direct smile. "I'd like to thank them in person sometime."

"W-Well I...I-I mean, I'm sure the person who...gave you that gift w-would be...happy just to know you...you like it..."

He held the smile for a silent moment, then closed his eyes with a light chuckle.

"Yeah, I bet they would."

She nodded, one arm folded across her stomach as the other reached up, sleeve still covering her hand as she brushed some hair from her face. "M-Mm..."

[beingthecreature]

He watched her for a moment or two, then smiled kindly. Taking a step back, there was a slight pivot on the balls of his feet.

"Alright well, I just wanted to drop by and make sure you got your gift okay. I'd better go ahead and deliver the rest of mine."

[strengthinkindness]

She glanced up as he moved away. "M-Mm..." She hesitated for a moment, then.

"...Chris?"

He paused and looked back, blinking.

"Yeah?"

"I-I..." She blushed, still fidgeting a bit nervously. "I'm glad you like the vest..."

[beingthecreature]

He about visibly melted, turning back and walking over to her. "It's great, thank you Fluttershy."

[strengthinkindness]

She smiled shyly. "W-Well you...and Martin...y-you both did so much for me, so I-I...wanted to...to do something special for you...both of you..."

[beingthecreature]

"These are special alright." He chuckled as he patted his chest with one splayed hand. "Aaand doing its job; I'm not very cold at all out here."

He smiled at her. "They're very nice, Fluttershy. I'm flattered you went through so much effort for us." And all he did was give her a little plush and charm. He may have to find something else.

She shook her head a little. "I-I was...glad to do it. After everything you did...I still can't thank you enough."

[beingthecreature]

"Happy to do it." He gestured a little with one hand. "How's your wing, by the way?"

[strengthinkindness]

She watched him for a moment, then glanced behind her. The sweater was covering both wings, but she still turned back to him with a small smile. "It's...doing a lot better."

Another moment of hesitation. "How's your wrist?"

[beingthecreature]

He nodded, satisfied at that. Then he glanced at his hand with her question, eyebrows coming in slightly. "Doin' better too, bit by bit."

[strengthinkindness]

She gave him a light smile, nodding. "Okay...Sprout said that I should ask about it, though...Did something happen?"

[beingthecreature]

"Not... specifically?" Chris shrugged slightly. "I'd had the brace off at the party because I was thinking it might've healed, but turns out not all the way so... I have to wear it a little while longer."

[strengthinkindness]

"O-Oh...I see.." Reaching up, she gently placed her hand, still covered by her sleeve, on his wrist. "A-Are you...sure you don't need anything for it?"

[beingthecreature]

He turned his arm over so the bottom of it was facing up, and he opened his fingers lightly. "I'm pretty sure. Sylvia's helping me keep it iced, and it's a little hard to keep it elevated like it needs to be, but I'm makin' do alright."

[strengthinkindness]

With a slight frown she nodded, gently holding his hand with both of hers. "J-Just...let me know...okay? I-If you need anything...or if there's...anything I can do to help..."

[beingthecreature]

He watched their hands a moment, then glanced up lightly at her. Had he imagined the uncomfortableness she'd seemed to be showing?

"Yeah, of course. You'll be the first one I come to."

[strengthinkindness]

She nodded, gently releasing his hand and tucking hers behind her back with a shy smile. "Okay..."

[beingthecreature]

He let his hand remain there for a moment before he let it drop, though he raised it a moment later to rest with his fingers wrapped around behind his neck.

Alright..

[strengthinkindness]

A bit embarrassed about her earlier forwardness, she fidgeted just a bit. "I-I um...should probably let you get b-back to...delivering the rest of your...g-gifts to people. I-I...still have some to deliver m-myself..."

Chris nodded lightly, watching her start to move away.

"Fluttershy?"
