Who: The city!
What: Beemon Invasion
When: 24-26 of April 2013
Where: All over Terminal Tokyo

Just as Ryou predicted it was only several hours later that the first wave of Beemon made their appearance. None of the various types of Beemon seem to even blink if they're attacked. Their first and only objective seems to be to lay ruin to the city and everything in it. At first any attacks will be ignored, but if someone proceeds to continue and attack them the Beemon will attack.

They're difficult to beat, regardless of level. The FanBeemon may need two people working together even at Champion level. Each Digimon are much more difficult to defeat solo than they would be normally. One thing should easily be certain before the first night is out-- if you want the city to survive then you're going to need to work together.]

So here's how this will work guys-- unless you need a Digimon for various reasons: playing out the first Digivolution, Dark Digivolutions, or a general battle they will be played by you. You may request a modded NPC as per usual, but depending on the number/duties you may be turned down (we'll do our best, though). Keep in mind your character will <b>not</b> have an easy win on their own and that humans will be virtually ineffective. Your character may get a few good whacks in on a rookie level Beemon, but that won't be so effective later.

NPC Chosen will also be out and around the areas to help you as needed, so you can tag them!

There's all sorts of Beemon to fight so pick and choose: FanBeemon, Flybeemon, HoneyBeemon, JewelBeemon, CannonBeemon, and DinoBeemon specifically will be most noticeable.

Changeling looked dazed and banged up. A gash in his midsection leaked purple blood and his eyes crossed and uncrossed as he tried to focus on her.

"Did I win?" He groaned in a weak attempt at a joke. "Where's the next one?"

". . ."

Kyouko's mouth twitched, but she didn't laugh. Instead, she set about to placing her hands against his injury (ignoring the strange color of the blood for now) to put pressure on the wound. "I wouldn't say you won," she said, gaze flickering back up to D'Arcmon who was currently keeping the swarming enemy Digimon at bay with precise arcs and jabs of her sword, "But it was a valiant effort."

"Valiant...heh...sweet." He grinned a toothy grin and rubbed his face trying to clear his head.

"Whoa. Check out the angel." His gaze traveled from Kyouko to D'Arcmon and back again. "And your Digimon's pretty amazing too."

For a moment, her attention was drawn from Changeling's wound to D'Arcmon, who was fighting with much more grace and poise than Labramon ever had.

". . . I never expected this from her. But, perhaps this is what I get for attempting to judge a book by its cover."

With that said, she began to shrug off her jacket, intending to use it as a makeshift bandage until they could get Changeling some real ones.

"We aren't done yet." Changeling tried to stand up but winced feeling stiff. "Aw not your jacket, it looks so cool on you." The pain was coming back now that the shock had a few minutes to settle but he didn't want to worry her...anymore then she already was.

"I know how to wash blood out of clothing. My jacket will be good as new tomorrow."

Carefully, and using all of the information she had on how to conduct proper first aid, she wrapped the jacket around Beastboy's side so it kept pressure on the wound. "You never answered my earlier question. Where's Psychemon?"

Beastboy smiled sheepishly as she gave him first aid, only wincing when she applied the pressure.

"She's helping evacuate the babies. I'm starting to think she's the smart one between the two of us." Which might qualify for understatement of the week.

". . . I'm not so certain about that." She wrinkled her nose in response. "For some reason, I think now was a bad time to split up with your partner."

Changeling nodded and shot a glance at the battle between the former dog Digimon and the Bee. Any minute now more would be swooping in.

"I wonder what their problem is anyway." He mused out loud. "They don't banter or anything. Not like the other Digimon."

D'Arcmon seemed to be having a difficult time with one FanBeemon, even as she pressed forward, determined not to let the Rookie get to her. Kyouko bit her lip, concerned.

"Is something controlling them? I attempted to ask Izumi-kun why they were attacking the city, but. . ."

"Think we should help?" He pointed his remaining table leg at D'Arcmon and the Fanbeemon. "The way I understand it, she gets her power from you right?" Changeling wondered well aware that everyone was just kind of stumbling through this learning process.

"You should lay down and rest," Kyouko replied pointedly, "You shouldn't move in your condition."

With the makeshift bandaged secured, she climbed to her feet, reaching for the table leg club. "I'll assist her as best as I can."

"Aw man...benched already?"

He looked frustraited, but also clearly didn't want to argue with the girl. So he limped over to the nearest park bench.

"Go knock em out slugger." He gave her a thumbs up and a sigh.

He was gonna feel like a real heel when he snuck off as soon as she was distracted.
