["Well, well...Elec Man. You're still a self-absorbed weakling..." How many times had he heard that in here. Too many times to count.
He didn't have many bad memories. Which made it worse. The area would just replay the battle between him and Mega over and over again. Constantly and unabated the single memory came to the forefront of his thoughts. Raw and unforgiving. He would throw electricity and thunderbolts at his brother. His brother would attack back, with his powerful buster. A deadly game of cat and mouse ensued.
The pain increased each time he was hit, till the final shot slammed him against the wall. His body near the point of disrepair. And at that part a new wound would appear on his body.
Guts Man's voice would appear again to mock him.
"Well, well...Elec Man. You're still a self-absorbed weakling..."
He clutched Flamemon's battered body closer to him, as pain flashed across his back. And took another step forward. Something was wrong. Something was missing. And he did not know what.
Another step further. Another memory. Digimon lead to the slaughter. Another scar on his body.
He tried to remember his mission. It was to save Taichi. Taichi who had been in here longer and was suffering more.
Another step forward. The voice again. He tried to ignore it, but he could not.
His next stop was a flattering one, causing him to drop Flamemon and falling to the floor.
The coolness of it felt good at first. But memories that weren't his appeared. Human killing each other. A scream. He could not place if it was from him or the memories.
He attempted to get up. The memory of his battle flashed by again. Another scratch on his face. He saw Flamemon after the pain pass.
A small source of strength appeared in him, as he groggily attempted to get up again.
Flamemon, he had attached to him quickly and the reason was simple.
The digimon reminded him of two of his brothers. He could not place who they were, his memory failing him, from the sheer pain and effect of this place. One was eccentric and a wannabe-hero, a bit of a hot-head, but he burnt brightly like the sun. The other a childish orange blur that was respectful to a fault, someone that was a joy to be around. It was a small comfort in this terrible place
A terrible landslide swallowing cars as it went down the mountain. Elec tried to push it aside as he slowly knelt down and picked up his digimon. Pain blazing through his arms as he found the strength to manage the task.
He had to save Taichi...So he took another step forward.
And once again the memory of his battle appeared to him. The cycle continuing as he kept moving forward.]
