Ruffnut had been enjoying the trip for the most part. Lots of new places to see and things to explore.

She'd lost track of Hiccup completely which was...irritating but not a complete loss. Sometimes he just wasn't as much fun as he could be.

And so arriving on Tree-Top Isle she'd instantly been curious about the darkness that lurked beneath them. With Chuumon's help she'd purchased some supplies including a spear and the duo were walking along the edge of the platforms trying to find a way down.

"So what would happen if I dropped you?" She inquired eying him up, clearly not joking.

Chuumon looked decidedly pale. "I'd die and turn into an egg you brat! Don't just up and kill me for no reason! "

Ruffnut didn't seem bothered "And if I jumped with both of us? Wouldn't you have to like...get bigger to save us?"

Chuumon groaned and buried his face in his paws. "That's not an easy win. Come on think! What if I digivolve into something without wings? We'll both just go splat."

"Well yeah but then what? It's not like we'd stay dead. We'd just wind up in wherever all the dead guys here go."

She failed to see the problem.

Ruffnut takes the helmet with a satisfied smile while the Flamon makes a nervous squeak at being addressed. She waves shyly.

"Oh um...hi. Yeah I um...I was just looking for someone and saw you guys in trouble so...yeah...hi."

"You said that already." Chedderhead commented and Ruffnut just laughed. "Looking for who?"

"My chosen." She commented rubbing her arm anxiously.
