Olympic Contact

Who: Minervamon, and you
What: A visitor, with something to say
Where: HospiTown
When: January 15th and 16th, 2013

Around noon, a figure walks into HospiTown. She is short, probably the size of some of the younger kids, and she carries a sword.

Rather, the sword drags on the ground, as she walks with grunts and injuries. When she reaches the Hospital's doors, she drops it, and she half-sits, half-leans against the building. An Agumon approaches her, one who works there, with shock and gasps.

"Don't be surprised," says the Digimon, Minervamon. "I'm not gonna cause any trouble. Could you tell the Chosen I'm here to talk? I owe them that much, and, well. I'd rather not barge into your fine establishment."

She grins weakly, and the Agumon, in a daze, rushes inside. Moments later, an announcement goes throughout the Hospital, via a PA system: You've got a visitor, and it's a God! She's here to talk, Minervamon's here to talk!

She chuckles. Well, that'll get some of them out, but maybe with more of a fuss than she wanted...

"I see." Sakuyamon frowns. This bodes ill. "So Titamon is an outside party to the conflict between you and Jupitermon, who initially started the process of bringing the Chosen here, correct?"

The Chosen do not trust her, and Sakuyamon does not blame them but something about the current state of affairs bothers her. If Titamon is chaos and Jupitermon has begun to take things too far, then what does that make Minervamon? Good? Or just another disaster waiting to happen?

Nodding, Sakuyamon mulls this new information over. Jupitermon appears to be everyone's target, for better or worse. She's not going to thank Titamon, but sometimes wrongs are necessary for the good of all. It doesn't change the fact that Terminal Tokyo was destroyed and these newly appeared Gods don't seem to care who they sweep up in their in-fighting. That was a concern - for her, if nobody else.

The Digital World was her home, for better or worse, and although she'd been mad at the Chosen once for failing to protect it so understood. This was not their world, and they were not beholden to it. If they did not wish to protect it, that was their prerogative but it was unreasonable to expect them to fight against Gods - ones who had destroyed the closest thing that the Chosen had to a home. HospiTown, although functional, was a poor substitute - a shoddy half-way home for ones who had already lost too much.

"And what of you? Where do you fall in this?"

"The simplest goals are often the hardest to achieve." Keep the Digital World safe sounds like such a simple task, but it's proving quite difficult in practice. Sakuyamon sighs. "It is good to know that you are not my enemy, though. Perhaps we can even work together in the future."

It is too early to know whether she trusts Minervamon completely, but knowing who is likeliest to help you is never a bad thing.

"I would also." For all that she's wary of Minervamon, Sakuyamon has been asking Gods for guidance most of her life. Perhaps these new arrivals are not the gods that she asked for help, but it was an honor all the same. "For, now, however, I shall take my leave and allow you to finish speaking to the Chosen."

Sakuyamon stood, bowing her head.
