After a moment's hesitation, BlackWarGreymon gingerly takes the proffered flower. He takes a second to examine it, remembering again protecting that flower from the herd of Mammon all that time ago.

He still may not know what his purpose in life is, but that did not have to mean he should not reach for some sort of goal.
