The Digital World had been having a great deal of earthquakes the last six months. The first was the largest of them and had ended in the shifting of the planes. Since then earthquakes happened periodically, often sending new Chosen Children with it. At first it was Chosen that the Digital World knew and rejoiced, but now and then it would send new Chosen.

Today was different, however. The earthquake that rattled the Digital World felt almost as bad as the first, but there was a difference this time. Suddenly dozens of children were making their way to the Digital World. Destiny was calling and so were their partners...

Every chute in the Terminal Room activated while the small Digimon known as Culumon trembled with excitement. There were so many lonely Digimon that had appeared recently and--finally-- their partners had arrived!

[recollection]

She looks down to think, Lunamon looking very nervous and scared beside her. When Naminé does raise her head again, its with a soft and assured smile. A little bit of hidden and quiet confidence. "If there is a way to arrive or travel here, then there should be a way back. At least... it should work that way."

It's what she believes, even if she won't say that part outright. "We only need to find a way."

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like her partner likes that, looking back down with a heavy sigh.

[firewall]

"Y—Yes.. you're right. We'll just have to find that way, right?" Not that Chihiro's sure if he wants to go back. Head back to the prison he'd been encased in for well over a week. Not that he's even sure there's anything left to go back to. After all, with everything that had happened.. the chances of that were looking slimmer and slimmer.

"Um, I'm Chihiro. It's nice to meet you." He smiles. He has to admit, the girl's optimism did make him feel a little better. He hoped, at least, that she would be able to find a way home.

[recollection]

"Mmhmm. It might not happen too soon, but I think we can do it." And hopefully, it will be an optional thing. Even Naminé is aware that some partner duos may already be attached to one another. There could always be some people that want to stay in a world like this and help out.

"It's nice to meet you too, Chihiro." She pauses for a moment, as of almost considering not introducing herself right back. She's a Nobody, and needs to get back to Kairi, so it might not be worth it to do so.

Although, that doesn't mean that she needs to be rude right back. "My name's Namine."

[firewall]

"Namine-san." He repeats it to himself, so that he'll remember it. "Could I ask what room you're in? If that's okay." He has to admit, if he was going to room with strangers, he'd like it to be someone like Namine. Someone, well, nice.

But the chances of that were probably pretty slim.

[recollection]

"Ah, room?" She had been so preoccupied with Lunamon and dealing with this apparent destiny and partner that she didn't realize that staying here would mean dealing with other things. Other, very different things for her. Like staying in a room full of strangers. Her eyes dart to the side, away from Chihiro, silently wishing that Axel or Riku were around. She could stay with them if they were!

It's then that Lunamon pipes up, sensing her partner's nervousness. The Digimon was even a little unsure of things as well, but her line of thinking was similar to Chihiro's. If they had to stay with anyone, it might as well be someone nice.

"I-It's room F01 001! At least, I think it is..." Namine briefly looks over her partner, giving her a brief tentative, but grateful smile. It's probably the first time she's smiled at her all day today, grateful for her presence.
