Sleepwalker Event
Who: Anyone
What: Sleepwalker Event
Where: Anywhere
When: From the 23rd to the 28th
It started so simply. You digimon starts to sleepwalk soon after it falls asleep. And if you were to follow it you found find a white door...where a door shouldn't be. Just like Alice going through her looking-glass the door will take you someplace if you were to go through it.
So the question is, where are you today?

Nima looked back at Jinora with an incredulous look on her face before turning back to the Koemon she had cornered. Just in case.

"Alright. If I was a jerk I'd make you stay and clean it up but you've lost enough. So just get your boss and leave and we're even. You got me?"
The Koemon seemed to silently discuss this through looks before nodding and whimpering. Without Hanumon they were hardly thugs. More like punk kids with nothing better to do.
Chili was even so kind as to help get Hanumon to the elevator...by throwing him through the open door. She may still be a bit pumped.

Nima walked behind the Koemon, practically herding them as they trudged into the elevator behind their fallen boss.

The floor was now littered with metal balls so Beastboy had to step cautiously to risk slipping on them.
"Well...that happened." He concluded and offered a sheepish grin. "How about I give you a tour then?" A wince "M-maybe starting with the infirmary huh?"
Chili grumbled and stomped over "You are weak and flimsy. You shouldn't put yourself in the line of fire like that."
"What? And let you have all the fun?"
no subject
Nima looked up at Chili. "So he and Jinora are supposed to sit back and let us do all the work? I thought we were in partnership with them."

Beastboy started to limp his way to the door when a flash of light made him stumble.
"Another evolution? A crest?!" He wondered bracing himself.
But no...it was a glowing ball of data, ones and zeroes swirled around before spreading out to engulf them all.
They were still in the tower when their eyes adjusted, but it was clean, and there were others here. A Slender beautiful orange skinned woman with red hair flew about hanging up banners that read "Happy Birthday Beastboy" with the help of a purple haired girl with pale skin in a blue cloak.
Down on the ground a being, half man and half machine was making something in the kitchen, a cake from the looks of it while a spikey black haired boy with a mask leading in another group of adults. A man and woman dressed all in purple, a mechanical man with bronze and copper for skin, and a slender creepy being all wrapped in bandages.
"He should be out for another hour at least. That'll give us plenty of time to finish preparations."
"Oh I can't wait to see the look on his face." The newcomers were each carrying a wrapped box that they set on the table by the sofa.
"Yeah and here I was worried the little brat wouldn't wanna see us on his big day." The metal man chuckled and the boy in the mask grinned.
"Well...we haven't exactly told him you're coming. If anyone around here would appreciate a surprise party, it's Beastboy."
"Did you often host parties for him growing up?" The red haired girl asked as she and her other female flying counterpart came down to greet the newcomers.
"Well on his birthdays yes, but with him around every day was like a party." The older woman explained with a loving motherly smile.
"Yeah, in the sense that it was always a mess, always noisy and things got broken." The man in bandages joked in a cynical voice.
*****************
Meanwhile Beastboy's eyes were huge and shiny with tears as the scene spread out in front of him.
"D-dude..."
What else could he say? The memory began to fade just as he reached out for the older woman in purple and just as suddenly as it had begun they were back in the trashed tower they had fought for.
"What...just happened?" Chili wondered out loud.
"It was my birthday..." Beastboy mumbled still in awe.

Caught by surprised by the sudden transformation of the room, Jinora watched the events unfold before her. When the scene faded she turned to Beastboy. "Was that...your family? And your friends?"
no subject
Beastboy nodded numbly and looked like he could be knocked over with a feather.
"Y-yeah...that was just a few months before I got taken to the Digital World...I mean I think it was I wasn't there obviously but I remember the party later. I...and it was my birthday a couple days ago."
He shook his head to try and shake off the numb feeling in his brain.
"My two families, the Teen Titans and the Doom Patrol coming together for my sixteenth birthday."
"But why?" Chili wondered feeling the energy of evolution burning off as she shrank back down to Gaomon form.
"Well I was born on-"
"No I mean, why did we see that memory?"
Beastboy shrugged his narrow shoulders "It's not the first time I've seen a memory in this world...but it was the first time it was one of mine."
no subject
She was still a little dumbfounded by the memory, not just that she had gotten to share the moment with Beastboy but that it had happened in the first place.
no subject
"Come on, you're still injured. Show me where the infirmary is."
"Oh yeah...right." He mumbled as they passed through one of the far doors into a hallway, trailing Jinora and Nima behind.
"Your family looks very...colorful." Chili concluded. "I can see why you admire them."
no subject
Her aching shoulder certainly didn't help matters.
"They appear to be very good friends." Jinora chimed in her agreement with Chili.
no subject
Chili couldn't resist a verbal jab "That might be a more tempting offer once the place is cleaned up.
no subject
"You're welcome, Beastboy," Jinora replied. "I have to admit, it was little easier than fighting off the Equalists."
no subject
"I must admit, you don't strike me as a fighter Jinora." Chili commented and then her fur fluffed "I-I mean no offense."
no subject
Nima glared briefly at Chili for her comment, but settled down at a gesture from Jinora. "Airbenders aren't, typically. But Dad and Korra and her friends were gone when the Equalists attacked Air Temple Island; we just had Lieutenant Beifong. And then Mom went into labor with Rohan... I just couldn't stand by and hide. I had to do something- we had to do something."
no subject
Chili let him go so he could sit on the hospital bed and started looking around for medical type things to help him...she didn't have the first clue what he needed though so she mostly just started bringing him random items.
"That's pretty awesome. You're smart and brave." Beastboy grinned.
no subject
"Here we go again," muttered Nima as ones and zeroes once again enveloped the group.
When their eyes adjusted they were no longer in the infirmary of the tower, but standing in what looked like the great hall of a palace. Over to one side two people were having a quiet conversation. One was a tall man in orange and yellow robes similar to the ones Jinora wore, a blue arrow tattooed on his head. The other was a dark-skinned young woman dressed in blue furs, her dark brown hair pulled up into a high ponytail.
"How's Jinora?" the young woman was asking.
"She's fine," answered the man. "She's recovered her strength quickly, and Mother says that she hasn't suffered any ill effects from being separated from her body for so long."
The woman smiled in relief. "Good; good. I'd like her to join us during my address this afternoon, out on the steps with you and Katara and Kya and Bumi."
"Are you sure, Korra?" the man asked, blinking in surprise.
Korra nodded. "If it hadn't been for her I wouldn't have been able to enter the Spirit World, and I couldn't have freed Raava from the Dark Avatar. Because of her actions the Avatar Spirit and Avatar cycle still exist. She deserves to be there, Tenzin."
Tenzin seemed to hesitate, as though on the verge of saying no. But then his face softened. "You're right. As the spiritual guide to the Avatar Jinora should be out there with us. Why don't you go find her and tell her?" Korra's eyes lit up, and with a nod she dashed off to search for the girl. As Korra hurried away the scene before them dissolved until once again everyone was standing in the infirmary.

"Dude...heh, sounds like you were a pretty big deal back home!" He teased with a grin. "I'm not sure but it sounds to me like you helped save the world."
Chili looked upon the girl with admiration before she resumed digging through drawers for supplies.

Chili nodded once more "Much like in this world, it is not the fighters alone who are the heroes. You may not have raised a fist but in your own way, a special way that only you could do, you saved the world."
no subject
"Thanks, Chili." She smiled over at the Gaomon, an expression that was mimicked by Nima.
Shall we start wrapping up?
"Take a couple of these for your shoulder, then we'll go see if those Mon found Cyborg's secret cookie stash. A reward for helping me save my home."
And after that Beastboy could actually start thinking about what to do with it.
Sounds like a plan to me :)
"After that bunch, those had better be some darn good cookies," Nima said.
