Myotismon's castle is open to the public in a grand spectacle of a party. The night starts off easy enough, but later in the evening, Myotismon will have his grand unveiling of the fabled relic, a scroll said to be capable of allowing its user to travel back in time. Myotismon is confident enough to allow people inside his humble abode, but make no mistake: He has the highest form of security monitoring his guests, his relic and his dwellings. Devimon, NeoDevimon and SkullSatanamon both patrol the party, and are perched at important points of interest around the relic itself. A variety of security measures have been put in place- is your character sharp enough or prepared enough to spot it?

Also be forewarned that if Myotismon and his guard are in possession of the scroll, they just may temporarily remove a number of memories (period of 5 minutes- enough for bodyguards to toss the confused perpetrator out!)

Lounge around in the lobby and the grand staircase, sneak into the kitchen, scout around upstairs and familiarize yourself with the security systems, schmooze with guests or grab some refreshments in the ballroom... Do whatever you need to. Just get that scroll!

[The books were an eccentric collection of topics, although quite a few seems to be related to historical matters, relics, legends, and other supernatural tomes. A book may trigger a secret passage...but so far you haven't found it.

While there are one or two paintings on the walls, they do not seem to have anything hidden behind them either.

What you find in the coffin, however, is nothing but soft silk lining and a dried red rose on the pillow at the head of it.

You're also greeted by a whispered voice and an ominous presence looms behind Noir, digging a claw into his back.]

Nightmare Claw.

[Darkness falls over Noir and if the shadowed figure is allowed too long of contact it could paralyze the small guy.]

[Noir's cry cut through the room like a shattered glass and Jinx and Charm whirled around.]

Noir!?

Let him go pretty boy!

[She lunged forward with arms extended spinning wildly trying to knock him back despite her much lower level. Jinx on the other hand is trying to inch around him to a better position.]

[Myotismon or "Pretty Boy" smirks in a very not pleasant way and releases his hold on the Digimon. It's unlikely that he is dead, though he may be unresponsive.]

Like that? I can do far worse you know, after all you are the peons attempting to pilfer through my things.

[There is little time for more conversation as he deals with the pests. In one fluid and quick movement he is whipping out a shining, blood soaked whip and hits Charm with it to keep her back.]

Crimson Lightning!

[He spins with the movement and stretches an impossibly long arm out to grab at Jinx and lift her up by her throat.]

It's obvious what you are here for. How stupid do you think I am, Chosen?

[As Charm is blasted off her feet and sent spinning through the air Jinx is yanked off her feet and feels her throat being crushed.]

Well, guessing from how you dress either stupid or blind.

[And there it was. She was making jokes while her life was flashing before her eyes. Was she officially a hero yet?

Probably not because heroes needed to win. Her trembling fingers reaches for her pack hoping to ignite some bombs and maybe get herself clear.]

Cute. You have wit even in the face of danger. I like that. But dear child, you are in the wrong castle and so far from your precious relic that it's laughable.

[Myotismon is so amused Jinx. He's smirking and might be contemplating draining some of your blood for the hell of it.]

The question now is...do I make an example of you for your little Chosen friends down in HospiTown.

[Might want to use those bombs quick.]

[Things were going to happen very fast now.

Igniting the bombs Jinx cried out in pain. She could feel the burns on the lower half of her body and the impact making her bones rattle. She wouldn't be moving with the same sort of ease for the rest of the night.

As the flash of light led into a swirl of smoke engulfing them both and Jinx squirmed and twisted free she let her hands dart and grope about trying to find something, anything on Myotismon resembling the relic. Ten seconds. that's all she could spare before she threw herself towards Noir to scoop him off the ground. Being the only one of her partners who could evolve she needed to wake him up]

What!

[Myotismon exclaims when the bombs go off in his face. It might not have quite the pain inducing qualities it does on Jinx, but it's certainly enough to catch him off guard and buy her time. He coughs several times but when he feels her hands on him he shoves her away. His hand brushes her as she moves away at the same time.]

You have guaranteed your grave!

Well you'd be the expert on that wouldn't ya!?

[Out of the smoke, Charm sprang to latch onto the back of Myotismon's head and try to clamp down with her sizable mouth hoping to buy Jinx time. Jinx for her effort was slapping Noir to wake him up and it seemed to be working.]
