Pasta Dinner Night -- Open to All

When: April 7, 2013, 6pm onwards
Where: The communal kitchen
What: Shepard hosts a communal dinner to make sure all the kids are okay, but adults and digimon are welcome as well!

[There's a good chance Shepard is going to regret emptying her wallet later, but for now, she's armed with a massive quantity of uncooked pasta and a bunch of jars of red sauce, along with butter and salt just in case of picky eaters. She'd normally just make the same thing for everyone, but she's dealing with what could be very young, very frightened children, so it's best to err on the side of caution.]

[She settles into the kitchen at 6, and after banishing Monodramon to their apartment (he's still in trouble for the incident with Gomamon), sets about to cooking.]

[If you show up early, you'll find her manning a large number of cooking pots full of heating sauce and boiling water. If you're on time, you'll find Shepard handing out plates of pasta and offering a choice between sauce or no sauce, then herding you to a table filled with anyone who got here before you. Why not get to mingling? There's enough food and company to go around, tonight.]

Of course, I would remember you! I don't think it's possible to someone to forget a character such as yourself, Mr. Undertaker.

[Yup, just going to let Dorumon deal with the creepy tentacle beast on his own. She returns to her seat, offering a napkin towards the man. She wasn't exactly expecting to see him, but it's not like she would ignore him. He's... weird and creepy, but that's just his charm.

Dorumon may have the rage of a dragon, but he doesn't want to do a Meatl Shot mess and wreck this person's apartment. Holding back is necessary and as long as Elizabeth isn't hurt, he is good.]

She wasn't going to share with you in the first place. She was only offering to me.

But you didn't want it so she can share with me instead! [ Circular logic, it works for him. But he's also squirming entirely under the table now, to give Dorumon his manic grin in close quarters. He's plainly enjoying himself.

And young Lady Middleford is as charming as ever. Undertaker will be messy again as soon as he takes another bite, but with Elizabeth offering the napkin so considerately he accepts it and wipes his chin compliantly, tittering again. ]

You're very kind, milady! That makes it all the more a pleasure to see you here.

[ Young Lord Phantomhive must be rolling in his grave. Oh how Undertaker wishes he could see that! ]

Why would you think she would share with a creep like you?!

[Little ladies always gotta be on a perfect behavior, even if this place is a little excuse to be less mature than her mother wants her to be. She smiles, a little oblivious to the Digimon fighting underneath the table.]

It's a pretty weird place here, but it's nice to see you!

Kekeke! Well she wanted to share with you, didn't she?

[ Are we counting down to outright fisticuffs breaking out under there yet? Undertaker is quite aware of the rising tensions at their feet, but nonplussed. ]

And where might milady be staying? For milord's sake, knowing you're here, I can't help but feel I should keep an eye on milady for him....

[ As far as soft spots go, he had one for Ciel, but now Ciel is gone... but his little fiancee is rather charming (does she still have that pink bonnet, he wonders?) and he simply can't dismiss knowing she's here.

It's not completely as altruistic as it sounds, though. It could be quite entertaining to see how she copes with this place. ]

Why you little- [Fistcuffs would happened, but Elizabeth manages to scoop up Dorumon away from Keramon because making a mess in someone's house is bad.]

I'm on the second floor, in the fourth apartment. Which one are you living in? I can come visit!

[ Awwww, and there goes his new playmate. Keramon tries to follow and—gets Undertaker very nonchalantly sticking a foot out under the table there and cutting him off. Picking fights with the Dorumon while he's actually in Elizabeth's arms is currently off-limits. Keramon pouts briefly, then cheers himself up by sticking his head back over the table and investigating Undertaker's pasta. ]

Well how very convenient! I am simply right next door to you, in the third.
