MACH A GO! GO! GO!
Who: Everyone!
What: Master Mario Kart Racing Logs!
When: 10-17 June
Where: Everywhere and anywhere.
As the clock struck Midnight, an earthquake happened. And car keys began to drop out the sky! As strange as that may seem, stranger still were the karts and bikes littering the city. The roads themselves were repaved and revamped to be more like a race track’s.
In the sky were fat, little turtles on happy, fun clouds of doom taping everything. It seems the Digital World thought you all could use a bit of racing mayhem, for a while, since the D-Terminals just turn on by themselves. On the screen were three trophies and a giant, delicious cake. And a….mushroom….thing.
“WELCOME TO THE EIGHTH MARIO KART GRAND PRIX!” The creature shouted into the camera. It seemed to a bit too enthusiastic, as it jumped up and down excitedly. “We have a lovely prize for those that a cake, baked by the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom! Along with the Trophy as you can see here! Racers come down to Luigi’s Circuit, at Noon or Seven to enter the MARIO KART GRAND PRIX!”
The feed cuts. Enter the race or run havoc in your personal kart! It’s up to you!
(OOC: You guys can use the practice tracks for whatever you want! The winner of the official races will be decided by you guys!)

OFFICIAL RACE 1 NOON - LUIGI'S CIRCUIT! (MARIO KART WII VERISON)
Racer's on your marks...Get set! GO!]
Re: OFFICIAL RACE 1 NOON - LUIGI'S CIRCUIT! (MARIO KART WII VERISON)
Beastboy's vehicle surged forward as the race began and he tried to steer it between the other racers. What it lacked in size and durability it made up for in agility.
"The B-Ped rides again!!!" He roared his scarf flapping behind him feeling the wind in his face and rushing past his pointy ears.

OFFICIAL RACE 1 SEVEN PM- LUIGI'S CIRCUIT (MARIO KART WII)!
Racer's on your marks...Get set! GO!]
Re: OFFICIAL RACE 1 SEVEN PM- LUIGI'S CIRCUIT (MARIO KART WII)!
...but then she found out there was a prize and she decided to let greed be her guide.
Besides, someone had gone to all the trouble of getting her a car, she might as well make use of it....even if it was a little strange looking.
In sharp contrast to it's nimble and athletic driver the car was a bit bulky but had a luxurious amount of leg room. And leather seats! Who could complain? It's engine roared and surged for ward causing Noir to yelp and cling to the back of the seat to avoid being left behind.
"This is the first time I've ever driven something I didn't have to hot wire!" She declared making her partner turn a rather pale shade of his natural fur color.
OFFICIAL RACE 2 NOON - RIBBON ROAD
Re: OFFICIAL RACE 2 NOON - RIBBON ROAD
He jumped the gun unfortunately and his mo-ped coughed and sputtered and spun out giving the other racers a head start in him.
He screeched like a cat and jammed on the accelerators plinth forward slower then the rest.

OFFICIAL RACE 2 SEVEN PM - RIBBON ROAD
Re: OFFICIAL RACE 2 SEVEN PM - RIBBON ROAD
"No."
"Come on you drive like a girl."
"I am a girl!"
"Exactly!"
As the green light flicked on an irritated Jinx shot forward so fast sparks flew from her tires and she and Noir were pinned back into their seats as the purple car took a roaring start.

So lo' and behold, we have one dorky Digimon trying not to crash his go-kart. The question is, how does his competition fare?]

It feels amazing.
It didn't exactly feel as nice as he did while Cybertronian, but it was pretty close. Most would find the rain horrible to be in, but Wheeljack seemed to like every minute of it.
Just wait till he gets sick.
Either way, he puts pedal to the metal, taking off down the track.]

A bit of a bumpy landing, the fairy boy drove towards the center, going for the boost pad, to grab the item box in the middle of the roulette wheel.]

PRATICE TRACK - GRUMBLE VALCANO! (Starts in Mt. Fuji)
(OOC: Here is the wikia page, it has the course map and pictures)
Closed.
That there were practice tracks was something Ed was very much grateful for, and while he didn't have a clue how to drive it turned out the karts were pretty easy to pilot. The only problem is that Guilmon refuses to stop throwing every item they get the second they get it.
Still! It's a good time, right?]

PRATICE TRACK - BOWSER'S CASTLE (Near the Desert Terminal)
(OOC: Here is the wikia page, it has the course map and pictures)
Day 1 and 2
Despite Monodramon's protests about safety, he spends the entirety of the first day at Bowser's Castle, slowly figuring out how the kart works. And slow the process is, from finding where to put the key, to learning what the pedals do, to realizing that despite the name, they're not actually meant to be pedaled--to say nothing of the finer details like steering or item usage.
By the second day, Hector's got enough of a handle on how to control the kart that he starts tackling the various versions of Bowser's Castle properly. However, he doesn't have quite enough of a handle yet that this doesn't involve a whole lot of ramming into obstacles or careening off edges.
It's a good thing those Lakitu are as quick on the draw as they are.
PRATICE TRACK - KOOPA TROOPA BEACH (Near Beach Terminal) (Mario Kart 7)
(OOC: Here is the wikia page, it has the course map and pictures)
Open :>
A bike that looked exactly like the one he had at home. Same design, colors, even the same handling. So he hopped on with Gotsumon behind him and off they went, kicking up sand in their wake.]
Faster, Ryoga! This may be a practice track, but that's no reason to not go for broke!
Will you stop gripping my shoulders so tightly!?
