[Open] A Very Kratt-y Birthday

What: Celebrating Martin Kratt's birthday!

The night before had been spent getting the decorations up for the party, with Chris and Fluttershy and anyone else who had offered to help while Martin had been sleeping, in order to keep the whole party a surprise for him.

Fluttershy could only hope that all her experiences with Pinkie Pie's parties would help her make sure this one was successful. After all Chris and Martin had done for her recently, helping make Martin's birthday a special one was the least she could do.

A turtle... I haven't spoken to a turtle before you. It is nice to have the chance to speak to more creatures, even if we don't look like we normally do right now. All big changes take getting used to.

It was kinda hard. Although, umm... I'm not a normal turtle. I was at least half human... it's a long story.

Half human and half turtle? I've never heard of such a thing. But then again, I never knew of humans back home.

No, i don't mind [Not anymore anyways] Its just really complicated. But I can talk about it.

Well in my world, there is this liquid called mutagen. It's very dangerous, if someone gets hit by it then their DNA will get spliced with the DNA of the last organic thing that they touched. For example my adopted father used to be a human named Hamato Yoshi, but when he got hit he was turned into a giant rat because one ran across his ankle, so ti was the last organic thing to touch him. He was the last one to touch my brothers and me when we were normal turtles, so we became part human.

Yoshi changed his name to Splinter and we had to hide in a sewer, which is where they keep umm... actually I'd rather not explain that part... Anyways, we had to hide because we were outcasts to human society and we had nowhere else we could go. But Master Splinter adopted us and took really good care of us. So it wasn't really all that bad.

[It certainly wasn't always easy, but they had pulled through.]
