Time to move on.
Who: Evacuated Chosen, Hikari
What: The start of the Migration
Where: Primary Village
When: January 1st, 2014
Primary Village. The baby Digimon are crying, and Elecmon's rushing about in shock, trying to care for all of them.
Hikari stands among it all, holding a Digi-egg in her arms. She's quiet, and she's sad. She's waiting, though. Waiting for anyone who would come here.
What to do? Whatever she can, even if it's not much.

The teen and Paolo, again Kamemon, had been waiting on Primary Village since leaving the city. The teen was just sitting, waiting for any sign of anyone else. He felt guilty. Guilty for leaving without helping anyone, even if his broken leg meant that he couldn't do much. He also felt guilty because he knew this was coming. He knew that the city would be attacked by something, he had seen it. Yet he wasn't able to prevent it. He couldn't...]
Hey, I see Arte coming! She made it!
What? [He turned and he also saw a little monkey Digimon coming. She looked pretty roughed up, but she was alive.] Arte!
Your alive! [He ran over and hugged her, which was pretty out of character for him. While hugged back, she looked downcast. Paolo noticed and pulled back.] Hey... what's wrong?
[She gulped before looking at Donnie, who looked worried.] Donnie, I... I'm sorry, but... I-I wasnt able to find your brother. He wasn't at his apartment, and things were getting worst when I looked at the festival, and... I'm so sorry.
Wh-what...? No... he can't... He can't be... Arte, please tell em he's not...!
He... might have gotten out, but... I don't know. I just don't kno- Donnie! [The teen had just stood up, forgetting that he had a broken leg. It caused a shockwave of pain to go through him, which caused him to cry out and be sent back to the ground.] You can't go back now! Even if you were healed!
But Mikey is... he's... I- I have to find him! I can't... I...
[He coudln't talk anymore. He just gritted his teeth in frustration before punching the ground. Then he just stayed as he was, staring at the ground. All his Digimon could do was look at each other before looking back at Donatello, neither one sure of what to do.]

Normally he'd be excited about the prospect of exploration. The city was getting old, anyway. But now... well, as he and XV-mon hover down towards the Primary Village, neither looks particularly pleased.]
Okay, okay, coming in for a landing, buster! You better hold on tight, and--
What, you don't come with seatbelts?
[His voice lacks the usual snappiness it normally carries, but he manages at least a small smirk, while his partner snickers.]
Oh, very funny, bub. Everyone knows that flying's the way to go, anyway. Do you really wanna spend the next few days stuck on a cramped train?
[They'll continue to converse for a little while before seeking out others. It's kind of hard to miss the big, blue dragon, anyway.]

It's a disconcerting feeling.
Ever since having arrived here after evacuating the city (with what little he has - fleeing and running is one of Bruce specialties, after all) Bruce has spent his time studying this news place and the... small inhabitants that live in this city. Primary Village, they called it, and its not that hard to see why.
He watches the strange Digimon running about, trying to calm the crying baby Digimon and Bruce isn't entirely sure what to feel. It's a sight he can't quite link with the terrifying Digimon that had leveled the city so brutally, and there is a lot to think about now - about the Digimon, and about this situation he's in.
(And also about Tony, but that's--well, that's another thing.)]

Kit wasn't sure where they were, exactly, but it looked like a reasonably safe place to rest, even with all the obviously upset baby digimon, and for the moment, that was good enough for Kit. She flopped to the ground, leaning against the base of a tree, her blanket-bundle and basket of possessions next to her, and sighed. Emerick, equally tired, rested her head in Kit's lap. And both tried not to think too hard about what might have become of their friends... or what they were going to do now.

The big wolf-dog-monster has set Kagerou down as carefully as possible, curling up around him, while the BlackAgumon, the Nameless, tries to find someone capable of first aid. Then again, they might possibly need someone more capable, given their partner had a building fall on him and all.
