What: An open mingle log for everyone to play in!

Last month, there was no earthquake signalling new arrivals.

That's not a pattern; the ground quakes, the chutes in the Terminal Room activate, and Culumon trembles with excitement. There are so many lonely Digimon that had appeared recently and--finally-- their partners have arrived!

With Chosen disappearing every now and then, fresh faces will be very helpful.

OOC: Feel free to mark your characters in different locations! They can be just arriving in the Terminal Room you read about in the arrival post or anywhere on the map! Also feel free to mark the day for each thread. You can also request to play with Culumon, too! Have fun, guys!

[Who should happen along Fuko but Juri! Juri with a little paper bag full of pastries; she'd found a shop and it made her nostalgic for the Matsuda Bakery. So, you know, it's only natural. Leomon follows along, dutifully. She doesn't like to be separated from her partner, for, well, obvious reasons.

A nice day in the park with pastries and oh dear this girl seems frozen in an adorable position. Maybe if Juri just...]

Hello! Hello? Excuse me! Would you like a doughnut?

Fuko, wake up. [The Digimon was still trying to get her partner to wake up when Juri and her partner suddenly walked up to the two.] I'm sorry, I don't think-

Oh! [A break in the case, Fuko was reactive again. Penguinmon jumped at Fuko's sudden break back into reality.]

Strange. I was gone to a far off place again- huh?

[Now she finally notices Juri standing right there in front of Fuko. And instead of any normal human reaction, Fuko stares at the other girl. It was almost like any sudden movement was likely to spook the wild animal.]

[She didn't look scary, but the giant lion-man was a different story.]

[Oh, it looks like she's frightened, Juri understands that, sudden changes can be startling, she still holds out a powdered doughnut to Fuko.]

Do you want one?

[Gingerly, Fuko reaches out and takes the doughnut, switching her staring from those two to the pastry.]

Sorry, my partner is very shy. It took her a while to even warm up to me-

This isn't poisoned, is it? [Well. That was...rude? Who even asks something like that?]

Of course it isn't! [Juri takes a small piece of it and pops it in her mouth.] See, I ate it and I'm just fine.

[Fuko watched very intently.] Nothing happened. Of course, that's assuming you haven't built up an immunity to the poison.

[Where the hell is she getting this idea? And why isn't she already convinced that she's wrong?]

No one's trying to poison you Fuko!

Very well, I'll try some. If I die, this one will remember the face of my killer. [Fuko points at Penguinmon, but before the Digimon could chastise Fuko about how rude it is to point at people, Fuko takes a bite of the treat.] It's good. And I don't taste even a little poison.

How would you know what poison tastes like?

[Oh, but Juri just takes it in stride!] Mmhm, if I'm a villainous fiend you've got me now.

[She grabs a doughnut for herself and then pauses to look at Fuko. The bag's wide-open, if she wants another...]

[Bad/good idea Juri, because now she's thoroughly convinced.]

Ah! So you really are a master criminal! My instincts were correct.

Those aren't instincts Fuko, she's playing a trick on you.

Just like a master criminal to go around trying to play a trick on Fuko. [She might have a case if she wasn't completely wrong. Penguinmon sighs.]

Looks like you got her started.

[Juri whips out her puppet.]

[In a mock whisper:] Watch out, he's a tricky one! And I have to obey his every command!
