Just in Time for the Movies.

Last month, there was no earthquake signalling new arrivals.
That's not a pattern; the ground quakes, the chutes in the Terminal Room activate, and Culumon trembles with excitement. There are so many lonely Digimon that had appeared recently and--finally-- their partners have arrived!
With Chosen disappearing every now and then, fresh faces will be very helpful.
OOC: Feel free to mark your characters in different locations! They can be just arriving in the Terminal Room you read about in the arrival post or anywhere on the map! Also feel free to mark the day for each thread. You can also request to play with Culumon, too! Have fun, guys!

[But to Fuko, she was perfectly normal Fuko.]
Fuko? Fuuuko.
[Her partner, an Peguinmon, had been trying to get Fuko’s attention for awhile now. The girl was much too enthralled in her carving, too determined to make it just right. Even though her hands were starting to hurt and Tomoya would probably start yelling at her if he were here.]
There, all done. [Penguinmon cocked her head in confusion before Fuko shoved the carving in the Digimon’s face.] Here you go.
O-oh. Thank you. [Penguinmon blushed, her first present from her partner. Maybe Fuko did like her afterall, and she was just shy.] Such a pretty star.
It's not a star. It's a starfish. [Fuko stated with the utmost certainty as she was already working on another carving.]
Eh? [Shock of all shocks, Penguinmon was taken a little aback by the sudden statement.]
It’s a starfish. [She reitterated.] Why would I be making something as silly as a star?
Star carvings are silly? [The Digimon was even more confused now. But Fuko nodded a sagely nod.]
Yes of course they are. I mean, just look at it. Starfish are much cuter than stars, don’t you think? [Fuko said with a smile, before falling into a cuteness overload. Maybe you can see the starfish and sparkles floating around her. No argument was going to convince her otherwise.]
I-I guess so- Eh? Fuko? [Penguinmon shoved at Fuko a little but no dice; Fuko was completely gone at this point. Only a sudden scene shift would break her out of this.]

But Yuuko wasn't here anymore. Nor were Orine or Makoto.
Still, that doesn't discourage Sonata from at least holding out hope that she'll see someone else she knows- maybe Suzuko, or even her sister. Penguinmon's been doing his best to discourage Sonata from getting her hopes up toomuch- he doesn't need her moping around the place again, even if he misses when she wasn't speaking to him.
As Chosen and penguin make their way through the park, Sonata has to do a double-take when she spies Fuuko with her own Penguinmon. As far as Sonata knew, hers was the only one she had ever seen.]

[Which is why she was more relieved when she saw another human and her partner approaching. Maybe this human knows how to fix Fuko.]

Wah! [The sudden yell from Fuko startled Penguinmon, quickly turning her head to see that in a split second Fuko had broken from her trance-like state and was hiding behind the bench, peaking her head out very obviously.]

[Who should happen along Fuko but Juri! Juri with a little paper bag full of pastries; she'd found a shop and it made her nostalgic for the Matsuda Bakery. So, you know, it's only natural. Leomon follows along, dutifully. She doesn't like to be separated from her partner, for, well, obvious reasons.

Oh! [A break in the case, Fuko was reactive again. Penguinmon jumped at Fuko's sudden break back into reality.]
Strange. I was gone to a far off place again- huh?
[Now she finally notices Juri standing right there in front of Fuko. And instead of any normal human reaction, Fuko stares at the other girl. It was almost like any sudden movement was likely to spook the wild animal.]
[She didn't look scary, but the giant lion-man was a different story.]
